Tasty but nothing special and very $$$ - Edit
We ordered the classic burger combo which is a pretty well executed beyond meat burfer with a good portion, variety of veggies and solid well seasoned chips (a bit on the saltier side and similar in taste to KFC chips). I would not recommend the 'roast chicken' kebab/wrap as it's more similar to a chicken and mayo sandwich with little if any seasoning on the chicken it's a bit gross and the overuse of mayo makes it somewhat unappetizing. The main issue for me though was the price with the meal deal and wrap coming to almost $80 AUD I can't justify the cost for what we got.

Quick and delicious - Edit
Located at the bottom floor of the train station, so it’s very convenient when traveling. The big döner was perfect and fries are seasoned well. Came out within 5 minutes. It’s not a heated location, so I took mine somewhere else to eat due to the cold.

I come here everytime I pass by lucere main station and I always had a great experience! The staff is super friendly and the food is amazing. I love the Seitan Pita and the Loaded Fries. But the Vegi Boss Pita is great as well.

Went here looking for a quick bite to eat after watching football. Chose a Döner and went towards my platform. Eating this made me realize how long it had been since I had last enjoyed a döner, and I loved it. Absolutely delicious!

Good quality vegan fast food at the railway station - Edit
Two of us ate here, getting the Award Seitan, Crispy Chick and frites. Both sandwiches are served in a pita and they were delicious. We then walked out of the railway station, found a bench on the Lake Lucerne promenade with a million dollar view of the mountains, and enjoyed this delicious lunch, which was still nice and warm.

There aren't many vegan restaurants in the city, so this was very welcome. Note that there are tables to stand at in front of the stand if the Lake isn't an option.
Pros: Really good food, customizable as your wish , Fries enough for two (and some ducks)
Cons: No sit-down tables but there's nearby Lake Lucerne

Delicious fries and pitas - Edit
We ended up ordering via Uber eats and it came very quickly! The doner kebab was fantastic, my partner enjoyed the planted chicken and we shared loaded fries. We went way overboard though and should have stuck to just the pitas. The loaded fries were PACKED with toppings, which is good given they are a bit pricey but worth it. I had the cookies the next day which was also delicious.

Am Anfang (als der Gründer noch selber anwesend war) war es sensationell! Danach ist es leider konstant immer schlechter geworden, geschmacklich mittelmässig, dafür aber übertrieben teuer, die Mitarbeiter sind unmotiviert und unfreundlich und seitdem jetzt kein Bargeld mehr angenommen wird, war es für mich endgültig das letze Mal, schade, aber tibits ist zum Glück nicht weit weg🤷♂️

Delicious Giant Pitas - Edit
This great place is tucked under the train station continently between a chocolate shop and a beverage shop. We had pitas which were huge. The loaded fries looked good but I didn’t have room. The vegan feta was really good on our sandwiches. Everything is vegan. Yay!

Read moreI had a menu which includes a pita, fries and a beverage for around CHF 23. The price was comparable to other offers in the same area and the portion size was big enough.
The only negative thing I can say is that they charge extra for the dip for the fries (CHF 1.50). That could have been included, at least in the menu.

Delicious pitas and other items. Convenient for take out. My only complaint is the menu's combo deals were confusing. One combo was for a pita sandwich and a drink, but I suspect the drink didn't include beers because I didn't get the discount deal when I ordered a beer. Nonetheless, if I'm ever in Lucerne again, I'll definitely swing by here. Location in the train station is wonderful.

Definitely recommend stopping here for a quick bite to go!! I loved the vegiboss döner (the seitan was so flavorful and the veggies super fresh), and found the prices reasonable relative to other restaurants in Switzerland. Since Lucerne is so scenic, it’s easy to take a pita to-go and eat it at a park or by the lake!!

I was so happy to have found this place!! I got a crispy “chicken” sandwich type thing in a giant pita. It was so good!! It had some sort of sauce on it. Amazing. Convenient. Nowhere to sit but there was a table to stand at. Would definitely come back!!

Unlike some reviews I've read, my pita was not soft as I think it should be, which can make the meal a bit messy. But the filling was very good and abundant, at a normal price (for Switzerland). It's a pity they don't have seats (I can only lean on high tables) and the "view" is not nice (level -1 of the train station) because the quality of food is higher than a station fast food.

Tons of different pita sandwiches with vegan meat options familiar to Americans (like Beyond meat) and ones with veggie meat brands popular in Europe (Planted, Outlawz, etc.). They don’t have a single thing that’s GF, because everything either has french fries or pita.

I’m soo sad that I’ll likely never have food from Veganitas again because I don’t know when I’ll be travelling to Switzerland in the future. Their pita is so soft, and the fillings are so flavourful. I had the Beyond Meat one & my family got the Vegiboss Doner & the Crispy Veganitas Chickn wrap. They all had the same veggies in them but the protein had their own distinct flavours which was great! The portion sizes are good & very filling. Conveniently located at Lucerne’s main train station at the Underground level which is easy to find. Would 100% recommend stopping by!!
