Vegan restaurant est. 2018. Offers a seasonal a la carte menu featuring Mediterranean and Asian inspired dishes made with local and seasonal Slovenian ingredients. Menu changes every two to three months. Seasonal specials are occasionally available and inclue house made ferments, vegan eggs, and tofu made in house. Choose from brownies, cakes and cinnamon rolls for dessert. Bio wine and different plant milks are available. Relocated from Komenskega ulica 30. Reservations are recommended (especially for bigger groups). Limited outdoor seating. Open Tue-Thu 12:00-21:00, Fri-Sat 12:00-22:00, Sun 12:00-16:00.

Veganika is located in a quieter part of the old town. The menu is a mix and match of different cuisines (mainly Asian inspired bowls I would say, but the starters - which could be mains as shared dishes - were more diverse). Food was tasty and the portions were good. We left with a full belly and a smile on our face. Would recommend when visiting Ljubljana.

we ordered the rice & soba noodles salads for take away meals & we enjoyed them even tho we are not used to spicy foods (the peanut & the kimchi had a little chili in them). The server was very kind & offered us free cold water while we were waiting for our food to get ready & it took them less than 20 minutes even tho they were already packed with many customers. It was worth all the walking to reach this place to try their food.

Abbiamo preso un antipasto in due e un primo a testa. L'antipasto era squisito, mentre I noodles erano buoni ma non memorabili. In particolare gli udon erano a forma di fettuccine e non saltati, ma messi in una bowl con verdure crude, li avrei preferiti saltati e un po' più insaporiti. Se dovessi tornarci prenderei sicuramente più antipasti da assaggiare. Abbiamo preso inoltre un'ottima kombucha artigianale, super consigliata!

I went a couple of times during my stay in Ljubljana to try different options since everything on the menu sounds amazing. all the dishes i tried tasted incredible, and the staff was super nice. it seems to be a good idea to reserve a table since it is pretty popular and was full in the evenings!

Delicious food, weather you want something sweet and coffee, starters and beer or proper lunch. Very friendly stuff, location is in the old city but not in the most crowded part. Nice outdoor sitting.

Delicious food in a quiet location, really attentive service and the price was right. We payed around 64€ for 2 starters, 2 main dishes, 2 desserts, a glass of wine, a beer, a macchiato and a double espresso plus unlimited supply of water. Definitely recommend!

Good vegan restaurant in the old town, plenty of tasty vegan food on the menu, friendly staff. Limited choice of (alcoholic) drinks. Only 4 tables outside (plus, as opposed to tables and chairs inside, those outside are quite uncomfortable)

Where do I even begin...we loved this place. First of all because of the food, which was something really special, but also because of the friendly staff! The menu had many tempting options, but we stuck to the noodle dishes, and...we weren't disappointed! Together with the house wine, it was a wonderful meal. I also ordered extra kimchi - nothing I regretted, it was perfect! Can really recommend this place, it was possible to sit both outside and inside.

This is a real gem in a quieter corner of the old town. Lovely seating outside and in, and the food was absolutely spot on. Lots of flavor and fresh seasonal ingredients. We tried a soba bowl and the corn gnocchi, and the fermented cabbage as well. The gnocchi were excellent in particular. Some good fermented products as well. We will go back. They also serve brunch and the dishes looked amazing. Friendly people and a wonderful introduction to the region.

Delicious vegan meals and desserts. The menu is creative, with a variety of different cousins. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant is beautiful with a very friendly ambient. Also it’s not that loud, which was quite nice for our dog.

Prijazno osebje, odlična hrana, ki je bila všeč tako veganom, vegetarijancem kot mesojedcem. Naši želodčki in brbončice zelo zadovoljni. 4 odrasli smo vzeli 3 predjedi(O, Wau polento, Karfjolo in Bun Bun), 4 glavne jedi(Udon Kihot in Soba 103) in za sladico 1 brownie in 2 piti. Zelo siti(kar malo preveč 😉😅)in zadovoljni. Sama sem izbrala to restavracijo na podlagi dobrih ocen in res priporočam. Mizo smo vnaprej rezervirali. Definitivno se še vrnem/o.
