Cibo gustoso e porzioni generosissime! - Edit
Locale informale e giovanile, con personale accogliente e molto cortese. Io e la mia compagna abbiamo preso una porzione di falafel accompagnate da una salsina leggermente piccante davvero buona. A seguire, una carbonaia (carbonara veg) e delle penne al ragù veg. Il sapore della carbonaia era qualcosa di spaziale! I cubetti di seitan sopra altrettanto gustosi, anche se un po' pochini. Buone anche le penne al ragù, ma la salsa al pomodoro era leggermente lenta e appena un po' indietro di sale. Nel complesso comunque dei piatti buoni, con una presentazione gradevole e porzioni davvero generose. L'unica cosa, ma è un gusto strettamente personale, avremmo gradito la pasta appena un po' più al dente. Da ultimo, vegamisù e torta con crema e fragole, entrambi molto buoni! Sicuramente un locale in cui torneremo volentieri per provare altri piatti!

Sono stata a Veganda due volte in pochi giorni quando ero in soggiorno a Padova per lavoro. La prima volta per una pausa pomeridiana, faceva molto freddo e ho preso una cioccolata calda con panna vegetale. Purtroppo avevano finito i dolci e non ho avuto modo di assaggiarne in quella occasione.
Read moreCi sono poi tornata qualche giorno dopo per una cena con un'amica. Piatti buoni, anche se mi aspettavo qualcosa di più gustoso e elaborato, invece erano molto semplici e forse un po' casalinghi (cosa comunque non negativa). Abbiamo preso un antipasto di bruschette da dividere (buono ma niente di eccezionale) e due straccetti di soia con piselli e patate (buoni, senza infamia e senza lode). In quell'occasione ho assaggiato anche uno dei dolci, un tiramisù in coppa, molto cremoso e gustoso.
Nel complesso locale molto carino, ho apprezzato molto l'angolo di libri e depliant dedicato agli animali, all'ambiente, alle associazioni animaliste e alla sperimentazione scientifica con metodi alternativi, tutti materiali molto utili a contribuire a diffondere informazione, anche a chi non ha ancora abbracciato l'etica vegana.
Personale veramente carino e disponibile.

We were very hungry. Our food was very tasty and filling but the menu had a few clearly marked vegetarian options. Apparently the tofu burger was vegetarian rather than vegan, which seems a bit weird to me.

I was so excited for a fully vegan restaurant but it was just okay. I had bruschettas for starter. They were all with mayonnaise (which tasted really good but I don't know if their mayonnaise is homemade) and I think the variety could be better. Then I had carbonara pasta but it wasn't even creamy. I was really disappointed

Leider sehr unfreundlich und alles sehr langsam. Die Begrüßung war: mittagessen gibt es zu dieser Uhrzeit nicht mehr! wir wollten aber nur Kaffee und Kuchen. Bis wir bedient wurden vergingen mehr als 20 min. Es wurde dann noch auf italienisch über uns geredet, man hielt und für Amerikaner, die nichts verstehen. Schade. Ich würde nur einen Stern vergeben, kann aber leider nur 2.

Fully vegan place. Nice comfy seating. Very friendly service. But very slow. They are probably understaffed. Food was good. Rich menu something for every taste. But the tiramisu was a dissapointment. It may be difficult to make vegan tiramisu but if you cannot make it don't insist. There are many other desserts you could make. One small toilet for a large restaurant hence the que. Overall i recomend this place if you are not in a hurry.

I had the lasagna and it was ok but pizzoccheri had a weird taste that reminded me of mayonnaise. The portions are not bit but in the end heavy on the stomach because they use too much heavy sauce. I also had a portion of vegetables and they were ok. The tiramisù was weird too, especially the base which was too crumbly! The wc are not super clean. Staff was nice although the service not super fast!

Nice fully vegan restaurant - Edit
One of the few fully vegan spots in Padua, open all day, every day. The menu has so many options that it’s hard to choose! There were at least 10 different desserts, too. I tried the kebab and the tiramisu. The kebab was great but the tiramisu was a letdown. It looked like tiramisu, but didn’t quite taste like it. The portions are generous, and the prices are fair. The only downside was the slow service on a busy day, so keep that in mind if you’re in a hurry. Overall, I had a satisfying lunch and will definitely be back next time I’m in Padua.

Perfect place for lunch - Edit
It is hard to find a decent vegan restaurant in padova and italy. Surprisingly, we found a perfect place for lunch with the Veganda. Really friendly stuff, nice atmosphere, great food and drinks and fair prices. We ate lasagna and pasta of the day, sushi, croissants and tiramisu. We drank ice coffee, smoothies and lemonades. We will come back again!

It was good to have a vegan alternative in the city, in particular to get vegan protein. The food was correct and several options were available. The rivera golden is highly recommended.

Già stato in passato, posto comodissimo proprio di fronte Prato della Valle, avevo già assaggiato la versione veg del kebab (ed era ottima), ripassato oggi per un pranzo veloce, confermo la mia opinione sul cibo, ottimo filetto di seitan.
