Much improved! - Edit
Latest review: Wow! What a change! Just updated the rating from a 3 to a 4 cos the food is so much better than the last time we were here. The menu has pictures and seems to have been significantly expanded. All of our food was really good, tasty and the service was good.
Read morePrevious review: The food was okay but bland; however, they do serve decent portions. No condiments were given until asked for - the Dan Dan noodles had no spice at all but were much improved after the addition of sambal (which I had to request). The service was quick but not particularly friendly. It was all just okay, nothing more. Also no pictures on the menu so not so helpful for visitors to the island. We spent time googling the dishes before ordering!

Several of Loving Hut's Signature Items; Now Fully Allium-Free - Edit
Loving Hut handed over their business to ZiZai Vegetarian management in mid 2022. A few of Loving Hut's signature items, such as the fried kway teow and buah keluak, remain on the VeganBliss menu; the Loving Hut chef taught ZiZai Vegetarian the recipes. However, for the most part, the VeganBliss menu has been revamped. In all honesty, I find this menu slightly less appealing or unique, since it is much more similar to menus found in other Chinese allium-free vegetarian eateries (indeed, quite a number of items are the exact same as the ones found in ZiZai Vegetarian / D'Life / etc outlets). Hope some of Loving Hut's original dishes can be retinroduced and/or more innovative new dishes can be introduced to VeganBliss. Nonetheless, I'm happy that the ZiZai Vegetarian chain now has VeganBliss as their first fully vegan eatery! 20min walk from Eunos MRT.

Everything is vegan - Edit
Nasi lemak has lots of liao, dim sum dumplings are disappointing, dry and thick outer skin, filling is just crunchy veggies instead of juicy mock meat

Vegan heaven ! - Edit
[Alliums Free Vegan] @veganbliss_sf 蔬福 , the new V restaurant in Singapore has started it’s operations recently! Yay! It is a vegan and allium-free restaurant under the ZiZai group. The restaurant has a cozy vibes and staff are friendly albeit busy. This restaurant is suitable for all kind of gatherings. 😋 also, they have a pretty extensive menu (with interesting specialty- highly recommended). See last photo for menu snippet.
Read moreEarlier, we have tried below vegan dishes. All are delicious and I am thinking of bringing my Fam there soon. 🥳
✅Peking Crispy Duck - this is must order! So much fun wrapping and eating in style. Likey the taste- sweet kind of sauced “duck”! Highly recommended.
✅Mala Grilled Fish (Chong Qing Style) - a bit spicy for non spicy taker! It’s shiok for me ! Recommended if you like mala 😋 the gravy goes well with rice too!
✅Nonya Buah Keluak Cuisine - love buah keluak because such nonya cuisine is so hard to find in veg restaurant! Use a tiny spoon or the backing of teaspoon to scoop the ingredients out of the nut shell. It’s of salty sort of taste (咸). Goes very well with rice. Go try it if you have not try before! 🤩
✅Hericium Satay - Made of hericium mushroom and goes well with the satay. 😋
✅Homemade Tau Sar Piah - Love this! Go order this for dessert! I had two quarter pieces because it’s so tasty 🤤
✅Vegan Karaage Chicken
✅Homemade Gyoza- Love the presentation and like to pair gyoza with ginger slices with vinegar 😋 loads of ingredients in it.
✅Special Fried Kway Teow
✅Minced Meat Rice- Savoury dish with rice. “Eggs” pieces are yummy too! Go for this if craving for rice dish.
✅Sichuan DanDan Noodle - like this chinese style cuisine! Remind me of my China experience 🇨🇳
✅Mee Goreng - wohey taste strong game 😋
✅Bali Salad - likey the greens & tempeh in this! The vinaigrette sauce pair well with the ingredients.
✅Nonya Laksa - laksa lover will likey

Excellent selections of zichar and main dishes - Edit
VeganBliss is the hottest new kid on the block that opens its door on 20 Jun 2022. It is a 100% vegan and allium-free restaurant under the ZiZai group, and it took over the premises previously under Loving Hut. I love the new ambience, which is brighter and hip.
Read moreTheir menu and seat configurations serve various needs, be it a quick meal for one to two pax or a big group dinner event (with round tables for 8 pax). Their mains such as Hokkien Mee start from $5.90.
We tried many of their ZiChar dishes which have excellent selections from crowd favourites, such as Peking Crispy Duck, Mala Grilled Fish, Assam Fish and Claypot Three Cup Hericium. The menu also retained some of the popular dishes under Loving Hut, such as the signature Fried Kway Teow (FKT).
Of all the dishes we tried, our fav are Nonya Buah Keluak Cuisine, Peking Crispy Duck and Special fried kway teow (FKT).
First, the Buah Keluak takes the No 1 spot for some of us. It is so delicious and flavourful that one of us actually cleaned up the bowl by scooping up the remaining gravy to mix with another leftover rice dish.
The Peking Duck is fun to wrap, with generous servings of the duck slices. The caramelised skin is well marinated with a sweet savoury profile.
The FKT has an excellent Wok Hei and even better than some others cooked with egg; truly worthy of being a signature vegan dish.
And worthy of mention, their Mala Grilled Fish is served in an impressive heated metal container, the Chong Qing Style!
The other dishes we tried are:
Hericium Satay
Bali Salad
Vegan Karaage Chicken
Homemade Tau Sar Piah
Homemade Gyoza
Sichuan DanDan Noodle
Minced Meat Rice
Mee Goreng
Nonya Laksa
