Our hotel advertised as vegan options but the reality was they had sides and fruit at the buffet and barely any substantive options at the restaurant.
Read moreAcross the street we found Vegan Barrio and it made the whole trip better. Food was as authentic as it gets and absolutely delicious. Everything is made fresh in house. I almost cried at how good this place is. Highly recommend visiting Cozumel just for this spot, as a Mexican who moved to the US it gave me that nostalgic feeling of eating all the things I grew up with (but vegan!)

Had such a delicious lunch, had to return the second day! Had the steak sopes (tostada) then pastor burrito that were amazing. Strawberry ice cream was tasty.

A much needed respite after 3 days of probably the worst food I’ve ever had to endure on a Norwegian cruise ship. Loved everything about this place. Very kind staff. Expansive menu, fresh ingredients, nice outdoor seating.

This is a cozy vegan restaurant with thoughtful decor and a very friendly staff. We went twice during our stay on the island, both because we liked it so much the first time and because the vegan menu on the island is quite limited. We tried the tacos de canasta, the choriqueso, the quesa-brosas, the jarochas... and everything was delicious. Highly recommended.
