Very bad quality - Edit
The food was cold (microwaved), old and had very little flavour. The mix plate tasted like it had all been reheated in the same bowl, the flavours were all the same. The burger we tried was tiny, had nothing in it, just a sloppy burger patty. Worst place we've tried in our 2 months in Turkey. The food was pretty expensive for what they offered as well. The environment in the upstairs restaurant was not nice at all.

Nice and friendly people and good food - Edit
I went here twice!
Read moreBoth times I tried a different burger and I must say there was something about the burger that I really loved! Perfect combination of jalapeños and the pickles which I placed inside the burger made it taste really nice! A bit of ketchup to go with it if you like.
The baklava is also really good!
I also enjoyed the Kajran drink.

Go for it - Edit
I strongly recommend Alev Alev vegan durum. Actually, after trying various things from menu, I realized they all taste the same and I kind of lost my passion for this place. But that durum is special. Also best vegan ayran in the city. Desserts are not their best, don't even bother for them

A lot of options - Edit
This is not the best place in terms of quality (although some menu items are very nice). I wouldn’t recommend stuff you can find elsewhere (like vegan burger) but their tantuni, lahmacun, arnavut cigeri and ayran is very good. We vegan eat a lot of beans/lentils so it is nice to eat in this kind of place once in a while.

Cons: Expensive but normal prices compared to that area

Nice food but lot was missing - Edit
This place has a really big menu (also available in English) but when we went they didin't have half of what we tried to order. We ended up trying the mixed plate, which was nice, and we had some desserts (both were not in the menu and none of the dessert in the menu were available) and the dessert was really delicious! The place is actually super small and there are just a couple of seats outside.

Pricey and not tasty :c - Edit
The do have English menu but it's the only big plus that I've noticed
Read moreThe place is a bit dirty, especially for this district, prices are way too high for Istanbul. I payed 34₺ for a burger. It was big, but the patty was just a mashed mess. All in all it was OK in taste but not more. Felt like I ate some ingredients that were blended and put between two cheap buns
I liked combucha though. But it costed 20₺ Т_Т

Pretty much ok - Edit
There are two cool sitting places on a terrace. The food is mostly tasty. They serve food (for sitting customers!) accompanied with unnecessary amounts of plastic.

Looks as a quite dirty place - Edit
When I came to that place I saw a dirty areas around “kitchen” what’s not a kitchen really just a 1.5m x 1.5m area where a girl cooking with a naked hands and against of the open enter to the “cafe” in pandemic time.

Good to try vegan versions of traditional Turkish food - Edit
We had a variety of dishes from here because we ate in once and ordered in another time. We tried the lahmacun, a burger, a wrap, kofte, a lemon cake, millet cheesecake and snickers bar. The food is quite good although a couple of items could have been better. Prices and portions are on point. A reliable choice.

A break up story. - Edit
Read moreEven though I used to come to this cafe quite frequently before, I have been convinced that the owners do not care about price/taste balance and customer experience anymore. Recently, we gave another chance and decided to order our usual food including lahmacun and durum. However, the durum was nothing but a disaster with its raw onions and patty along with destroyed and not efficiently baked tortilla bread. I dont even mention about these symbolic ‘fries’ served on the plate, plus with no sauce, just ketchup.... I am so sorry for this experience and not seeing any improvement regarding food, price and interior design!
It is a definite goodbye to veganarsist.
Pros: Bol vegan seçenek
Cons: Pahalı, Lezzet dengesi yok, Oturma salonu çok bakımsız

Amazing find. - Edit
A family member of mine was having hospital treatment at nisantasi hospital a 10 minute walk from this place that I came across through the app. I went to try the food and was told that they have everything on the menu. The food tasted delicious and fresh. I would definitely well recommend it and I'm definitely going again before I go back to London

A bit disappointed - Edit
This was one of the first places we tried when going to Istanbul, however, I have to say I was not astounded, hence my 3 stars. Being the most expensive meal we have had while in this city (100 liras) was not worth it. We made sure to walk 50 minutes to go there but I would not go back. We had some spinach dumplings which were lacking flavor. My vegan kebab was a bit dry, the best plate was the Venus cheeseburger.

Best vegan kebab and lahmacun - Edit
We tried midye dolma, Adana kebab, lahmacun, arnavut ciğeri, kokoreç dürüm. They were all very very successful and delicious. We also tried sucuklu menemen, muhlama and toasted bread with kaju cheese. Muhlama recipe needs to be developed.

Perfect value for money - Edit

Favorite vegan sandwiches EVER - Edit
Large and DELICIOUS menu of healthy vegan sandwiches, wraps, burgers, salads, and more, plus beautiful desserts and fresh juices. Service is friendly and welcoming to non-Turkish speakers. We so appreciated their English language menu! If you're dining in versus taking out, we recommend sitting upstairs on the balcony. Lovely way to watch the street scenes while enjoying your meal. We'll be back again and again. Highly recommended!

Extensive menu - Edit
