Amazing little vegan haven - Edit
I spent 3 nights in Athens and I went there 3 times. The first time I sat outside in the sun with a non-vegan friend and both of our lunches were excellent. The second time I came with another friend for drinks. Both the hot chocolate and the beer was great. The third time I did a couple of hours work there over my farewell spicy pita. Super friendly staff, very welcoming for tourists and great food. I wish I spent more time in the city - so I could come here more times.

Beautiful food - Edit
This place looked so small and we walked past it by accident but I’m so glad we decided to find it again and go in! Big selection on menu of salads, pittas and traditional Greek pies as well as vegan frothy coffees and cakes! I had a gourmet salad with a delicious dressing, my partner had a tradition Greek spinach pie! Both meals were delicious and great value for money! We decided to have dessert, I had a tahini fruit and nut flapjack and my partner had a Kormos which is a chocolate fridge cake/tiffin type thing which is one of the nicest things I’ve ever tried ( I had major dessert envy)! Really near the Acropolis museum, I would recommend to anyone!

Sorry to say, I feel it’s overrated.. - Edit
A cafe with a Happycow 5-star sticker, really? I do appreciate any vegan cafes. The atmosphere here is good. However, We might have made wrong choices for what we ordered here. A homemade drink, cinnamonade was way too sweet, lemonade had unique spices that we didn’t like. Salad was full of fresh greens, however, with so little of toppings. From what we got, the price is quite high compared to some other places in Athens.

Excellent vegan option in Athens - Edit
We were blown away by the quality of the food here, so much so that we ate here twice during our 48 hour stay in Athens. The wraps were amazingly fresh-tasting, with vegan Tzatziki that was truly authentic. The baked goods on offer tasted "homemade", which is the highest compliment I can offer, as I think there is nothing better tasting than what one bakes in one's own kitchen. This is a mission -driven enterprise , with posters containing information about events of interest to vegan activists and a children's book at each table that were vegan themed (eating farm animals, etc - but all portrayed in a gentle way). This place is a bit out of the tourist visit, but very much worth the short (maybe 5 - 10 minute) detour.

Cute cafe with traditional street food - Edit
Hands down my favourite vegan meal in Athens. I had the Plastos pie (spinach) with vegan tzatziki, tomato, and tofu. It was great to get a vegan version of a tradition greek meal. The pie was very tasty, the tzatziki tasted like the real-thing, and the tofu was seasoned to perfection. The customer service was very welcoming and the seating was comfortable and relaxing. Also very good prices! €2.70- 5.70 for food.

Healthy, Delicious Greek Food! - Edit
I loved this place from the moment I walked in. The owners are really friendly, and cool music surrounds you. The 2 owners make your food, and are very passionate about vegan food. They speak perfect English which is a plus for me.
Read moreThis is the first vegan restaurant in Athens.
The owners suggested I get the Plastos Pie - a traditional spinach pie made vegan and made with gluten-free corn crust. The Tzatziki was a perfect balance to the pie with with a creamy, slightly sharp taste. Made with ginger, celery, carrots and a delicious mustard sauce, the lentil salad was a perfect compliment to the spinach pie.
For dessert, I ordered a traditional dessert called Kormos made vegan. It is a creamy chocolate cookie cake, and a was the perfect ending to a delicious meal.
Recommended.
Pros: great food, helpful owners
