Great Taco Bell Style Mexican Food - Edit
Great selection of food with items like double decker tacos, Gordita crunch, crunchwraps, and even street style tacos. We got one of everything on their taco Tuesday menu as well as one of each of their cookies. I highly recommend the chicken tacos. Their taco Tuesday menu is very well priced and the staff is extremely friendly! Only con is they are pretty far from everything if you are visiting and it is ordered through a window. If you’re not driving I’d recommend ordering from Uber Eats or DoorDash

I ordered for delivery and got a buy 1, get 1 free Crunchwrap, which was a great deal. Good portion since they’re packed pretty well. The only thing I noticed was that the meat is a bit salty and I didn’t know I had to pay for a side of hot sauce so maybe having that would’ve made it a 5/5. Maybe next time if I’m visiting again.

Went in today during business hours. Google showed the were open, but they were not. Didn’t find out until I arrived to a closed restaurant. The hours are random according to a front desk staff member for the student center.

It can be quite hard to find a solid vegan option for breakfast, let alone a dedicated menu. After searching for something in a pinch, this was an amazing find. The breakfast burrito is very filling and flavorful, the pasta salad for later was also quite good. I recommend playing around with their many sauces as you’re sure to find something you love.

The Crunchwrap* was my favorite, nice mix of stuff and it was filling! The Chalupa flatbread was nice and soft. Can't go with wrong with Side of Tots (GF) , and the Side of Fries (GF) were on the softer side but still good.

You can even get ingredients to go like the seitan beef or ranch which is really cool!

I saw Vegan Van recommended on Reddit and I'm so glad I tried it! The crunch wrap and Caesar salad were so good! And I saved the breakfast burrito for the following morning and it was so flavourful! I absolutely loved this place!

This small place offers decent vegan food. The operation is mostly for take-out. There is some outdoor seating, and a small room next door with tables and air-conditioning. A nice place if you are in the neighborhood.

Order and pickup at a window. Limited outdoor seating. The person at the window was very friendly and helpful. Most of the menu seemed to be based on Taco Bell, but much better tasting from what I remember. The food was delicious. I definitely recommend the crunch wrap.

I love vegan van!!! So delicious and amazing!! I remember when it was in the truck up by Nooch and now it’s in a building! The food is top notch quality!! Add that spicy ranch and Jalepeños!! 🌶️ Yeah you pretty much can’t go wrong! Vegan van could kidnap me and I’d be okay with that 😹

We stopped here on our way out of Denver. We loved our breakfast burritos and chubby fries - the sauces and flavors were awesome. Unfortunately there’s not too much of a vibe to appreciate. There’s no dining in, but there’s two small tables in the building’s foyer that we used.
