All vegan food. They have burgers, pizza, ramen, soups. Really nice. I had the ‘basic’ pizza (first on the menu). The dough was really good. Thin and crusty. The home made vegan cheese was a bit too salty to my taste. The tomato sauce on the pizza was nice, but gave me a bit pasta sauce vibes haha.
Read moreI read online that people were disappointed about the sizes of the dishes. The pizza was really filling though. My boyfriend had the spicy pizza which was super spicy. He really liked that one.
I also had the chocolate-peanutbutter ice cream which tasted like snickers. Loved it.
They serve free tap water.
Conclusion: it’s nice that it is an all vegan restaurant. The food isn’t mind blowing, but it’s nice. The staff is really nice. However sometimes it took a bit long before the waiter appeared at our table. I would give it 3,5 stars

The vegan fish soup was well made - it actually tasted fishy. However it was a small portion for a main course and didn’t come with bread. Also it claimed to be creamy but it wasn’t!

Freundliche Bedingung und abwechslungsreiche Speisekarte. Leider war der „Pulled Pork Burger“ für jemanden mit hoher Schärfetoleranz. Wenn man selbst nicht Tabasco als Essential in seiner Küche bezeichnet, sollte man dies ggf. vor seiner Bestellung äußern:). Abgesehen davon war alles sehr lecker und das Kommen auf jeden Fall wert. Good to know: Hunde dürfen nicht mit ins Restaurant genommen werden.

We had to try 3 times to have dinner there. Even if you go hours before closing time and the place is half full, you will need to have make a reservation. It still was worth it and clearly is the best vegan spot in Bergen. Once we sat down, everything was great!

Creative and delicious - Edit
Definitely a funky vibe, but a fully serviceable restaurant nonetheless. The owner is genuinely interested in turning out creative, excellent vegan food that is sophisticated, local, and good, not to mention immensely creative. He cares about pleasing his customers and has a winning smile! Prices are high, but not unreasonable. Service is caring, but can be slow -- not necessarily slow, but don't go there for a quick bite! We ate here twice and were pleased both times. The location is very central to the part of the city where visitors go. The décor was pleasant, and though not big, the restaurant is not at all cramped. Highly recommend.

I had a burger with fries as take away - It was very delicious. It was the pulled BBQ burger and it was very tasty and original buy also very messy. So get ready to eat it with a fork and knife maybe. I have to come back and try other dishes.

We also had the salmon fillet and it was not very tasty. The portion was also tiny for the price. I don't recommend this dish.

Good for a fancy vegan dinner - Edit
Stayed here for dinner. I had the salmon terrine as a starter. It tasted really good and it was very close to sensation of real smoked salmon. As the main course I opted for the roasted salmon. Although the taste of this dish was great it reminded me more of cod than of salmon. For desert I had a tiramisu cake and an espresso. The cake tasted wonderful, although it reminded me more of a coffee cake than tiramisu. The staff was friendly and I even had the opportunity to speak with the chef. I appreciate what he is trying to do with the food and I think with a little more experimentation and trial and error this might become a 5 star vegan restaurant. I just wish the food was a little more filling.

Overpriced even by Norwegian standards - Edit
The restaurant is well-located in the old center Bryggen of Bergen and has a nice interior. However after carefully studying the options on the menu card, we opted for one of the two quiches and one of the two Ramen soups. (Being no big fans of the usual junk food burgers or pizza which by now you get almost anywhere even in a vegan version.)
Read moreIt turned out that none of the quiches were actually on offer. Neither was one of the drinks with tonic water I chose.
So we then switched to both variants of Ramen soup, the creamy one with coconut milk and the one with Miso. Both were listed as main dishes and priced at about 200 NOK. Therefore we assumed that we would get something satiating like a bowl filled with noodles in the respective soup like they serve in Japan. What a mistake! We actually got two watery soups with just a few noodles in them. Both soups were delicious and had apparently been made with fresh ingredients which had been cooked on point, so no complaints about this. But what on earth hindered them from making these dishes satiating by using a reasonable amount of noodles?
In the end we left the restaurant having paid the price for two main dishes but not the least satiated. Luckily we still had some bread in our hotel room so we didn't have to go to bed feeling hungry.

The burgers here are extremely delicious. One of the best I've ever had. Had the snickers cake for dessert and was in heaven. Prices are reasonable for Norway too. Next time you're in Bergen I highly recommend you visit here.

We had an excellent experience at Vegan Vacation. Vittorio welcomed us with our name on our table (we reserved through their website—recommended!) and the service was top notch through our meal. I had the French burger, fries, and side salad, my husband (a non-vegan) had the Jack Daniels burger with the same sides. Both were cooked well, and presented with an abundance of toppings. Dessert was a lovely lemon cake with strawberries and cappuccinos made with oat milk. Highly recommend this little gem of a restaurant, wish we could stay in this beautiful city and eat here some more!

Vegan rest in Bergen - Edit
There aren't many vegan restaurants in Bergen, but this one keeps up. It offers many homemade dishes (soups, pizzas, burgers, sandwiches, desserts), as well as homemade vegan cheeses. I tried the ramen, the 4 cheese pizza, the cheese platter and the Jack Daniels burger, all of which were really good. I was impressed by the pizza and the burger. The place is very well located, the staff and the cook very nice and helpful. If you are vegan, you can't avoid it when in Bergen.

The place it cute and the stuff very friendly. The food was ok but it missed vegetables and portions were small. I had the ramen soup and there were NO veggies in it, just noodles, tofu, liquid and some onions & ginger. The cake/dessert was very yummy.

Delicious vegan in Bergen - Edit
This restaurant is close to the Bergen Brugge and has a very wide selection of vegan food. Anything from pizza, to burgers, curry and cakes. The menu is also inspired by non-vegan food, so anyone who are not vegan but are curious should definitely check out this place!

Les cheesecake sont bons avec une base similaire et le snicker est délicieux.
