Yea for vegan food! - Edit
Super excited to see a fully vegan menu in Eastern Tennessee. Basic comfort food options like grilled cheese and tomato bisque, baked potatoes and chili, as well as many juice and smoothie options. Had a seasonal pumpkin smoothie!

World's Okayest Vegan Food - Edit
Half hour wait for a pretty small grilled cheese and warm (not hot) tomato bisque. Floor was sticky and the tables were dirty despite us being the only people here. Had to wait a while for someone to come out and take our order. Grilled cheese didn't have much flavor to it but my mom's quesadilla was pretty good. Just okay overall. Not in a rush to come back.

I drove nearly two hours, during a road trip, to come here for dinner. The girl working the counter was delightful. The food was just good. My waffle was a bit hard and difficult to chew but the flavor was great, loaded with delicious toppings. The Dark Knight Shake was so crazy filling and packed with mouth-watering flavor but, was a little too thick for my liking. I would definitely return if I were in the area but, wouldn't seek it out again.

Due to the pandemic, a lot of restaurants are having a tough time getting staff. It's best to call to make sure they are open before heading there. Smoothies are huge; quesadilla is a good meal choice.

I think everything might be gluten free? The breads seemed a bit weird, but good. Very tasty quesadilla although it wasn’t cut at all. Fairly straightforward food. Also had a chocolate pb shake, waffle, and toast.

I really hope the business survives. Plant-based restaurants/options are desperately needed in the Tri-cities. Needing to double their menu options and serve sides included in the price of the toasts and salads.
