Fully vegan Thai menu. One of the many kitchens (restaurants) located in the main business: Partake Collective. Verbally confirmed that the vegan Thai food items are prepared separately from the other food kitchens in the building that prepare meat. Use the kiosk in the Food Hall to select the Vegan Thai Kitchen. Choose from the selections ranging from noodles and curry, to rolls and tofu. Confirmed open July 2025. Open Mon-Thu 11:00am-9:30pm, Fri 11:00am-10:00pm, Sat 12:00pm-10:00pm, Sun 12:00pm-9:30pm.

They put gelatin in my food - Edit
I ordered mango sticky rice on door dash from the Vegan Thai Kitchen on Door Dash and they gave me a sticky rice with mangos and gelatin candies in it. I’m pretty upset. Not going back. This restaurant should be under the Veg options section. I now question if they have separate fryers.

This is part of a ghost kitchen with lot of options. I am vegan so I’m here for the vegan option which is the Vegan Thai Kitchen. The crispy rolls are crispy and their salad tastes and smells equally delicious. Will be back.

Pros: Greeted by a polite person. , Crispy rolls were crispy. , Very nice spot/ space. Free WiFi.
Cons: Be prepared it is a ghost kitchen. , No really a con though.
