So delicious - Edit
I have gotten the Spring Rolls, Cream Cheese Wontons, Pad See Ew, Drunken Noodles, Green Curry, and Red Curry. I dearly love the wontons, and you seriously cannot go wrong with ANYTHING you choose. There is no possibility that you order something different and it is not eatable or something tasty. I shamelessly order once a week and look forward to patronage.

Can't wait to come again! - Edit
Wowowowow, I am in love with this place!
Read moreMy husband and I were super excited to see a Thai spot with such CLEAR vegan options. We ordered cream cheese wontons, green curry, khao soi, and pad see ew. No lie, the pad see ew was some of the best I've ever had. The green curry was very good, as were the cream cheese wontons. The khao soi tasted slightly different than I'm used to, but not in a bad way at all. It was super tasty and came with all of the toppings that make khao soi so good.
They offer so many of my favorite dishes, we can't wait to come try more! Can't recommend this place enough.
Pros: Fully vegan menu from Mana Thai, Delicious food, Friendly service

A bit disappointed - Edit
You have to order ahead which I did about 45 minutes in advance and still had to wait 15 minutes. Not a lot of food for the price. Got the medium spicy drunken noodles and I’d say it’s quite a bit higher than “medium” on terms of spicy and there’s not a lot else going on here flavor wise even though it’s pretty oily.

best ever! - Edit
probably the best thai food ive ever had ~ and ive tried plenty!! i may be partial because i LOVE that everything is all vegan. no double checking on if there is fish sauce in anything, which can become a common question at thai food places for us vegans.
Read morenowhere else ive been able to find such tasty vegan cream cheese wontons. i get those almost everytime lol. I love their curries, and fried rice. although the pad thai was a little dry for me.
the thai iced tea with splash of non dairy milk is everythingggg. 😩
I hope to try everything on the menu one day 😂🧡 thank u vegan thai co for existing:)))

delicious! my husband and I have become regulars! - Edit
as others have noted, Vegan Thai Co. is operating out of a ghost kitchen so the door says Mama Thai and if you get text updates it will say your order is ready at Mana Thai. Greg however has noted everything is vegan and they are working to correct this! this is takeout only as well (which I prefer anyway)
Read moreeverything we've had is flavorful and authentic, we love the drunken noodles, pad see ew, panang curry, mussamun curry, khao soi noodles, cream cheese wontons, Thai Co. fried rice, and mango sticky rice - tbh everything we try becomes a regular rotation for us and I find myself craving their dishes every week 🤤 it's easy to order extra so we have some leftovers!
all the staff are super friendly, and I love that they have a cooler of kombucha and tonics to peruse too
I would note that the fried noodles and fried rice can be greasy, but imo this is how good fried rice and noodles should be!

Excellent - Edit
Just to clear up some of the confusions about Vegan Thai Co and Mana Thai Comfort Food. The restaurant is actually Mana Thai Comfort Food. One of the owners was running a ghost kitchen out of it called Vegan Thai Co. The food and staff is the same. Efforts are being made to halt the operation of the ghost kitchen. Everything you love about this place is still available at Mana Thai Comfort Food.

Love this place! - Edit
I wish this was closer to where I live! My husband and I tried it on a whim a couple months ago when we were driving through Longmont. Yesterday, I drove 45 minutes to pick it up and 45 minutes back home to eat it because it is just that good! I have loved everything I have tried. Definitely go!!

Very Disappointing and Bland - Edit
I ordered a dish spicy and it was mild and unfortunately also bland so I didn't get to enjoy the dish as it was made. Since they are purely take out and I cook I had seasonings on hand to fix it so it had some flavor but after all the rave reviews in a CO vegan Facebook page, I was seriously disappointed. I won't be going back.

Fantastic (take-out ONLY!) - Edit
First, be aware you cannot dine in here. There are no tables. Order take out, it's amazing food!! I loved the pad woon sen (glass noodles with a sweet savory sauce). Vegan Thai iced tea is awesome, your choice of plant milk. They ask you what level of spiciness you want in the noodle and rice dishes. Do not pass up the cream cheese wontons! They were amazing! Our party of 4 ordered TONS of food and loved everything!

PS, the sign on the window says "Mana Thai", as they just took over that place.

The food was delightful and the service was great. Great portions, lots of good options, strong and delicious sauce, helpful and friendly staff.

Ghost kitchen? - Edit
I think it’s a ghost kitchen on DoorDash etc- with a non-vegan storefront restaurant called Mana Thai. Just putting that out there because it could be confusing to anyone trying to find the physical spot. The food is fresh and delicious. It’s a bit pricey for what it is - hole-in-the-wall Thai takeout. But maybe that’s just inflation and I need to get used to it. It’s nice to not have to wonder about fish sauce in my curry. The tea leaf salad is super yum.

Delicious! - Edit
Friendly service and consistently delicious food; the best Thai food I have had in many years... That the entire menu is vegan is such a treat! Longmont is fortunate to have this restaurant move here. The Vegan Cream Cheese Wontons and Tofu Namtok were a super satisfying way start to the meal, and the Lychee with Coconut Sticky Rice was a great way to end it!

Wonderful surprise in Longmont, hands down the best Thai food I’ve found while living in the Denver area. Drunken noodles, panang curry, and crispy rolls were delicious.

One non vegan dish??? - Edit
I was a bit confused to find a non vegan dish (also see picture of the board menu). All vegan, except screw crabs and cows? My husband thinks it may be a leftover frozen dish from the restaurant that was occupying the space before, but... Just throw it out. Don't offer crab and cheese dishes, yuk. Giving it a 4 instead of 5 on happy cow for not being a fully vegan restaurant.
Read moreAside from that ...Very conveniently located in downtown Longmont, having just moved from several miles north. Happy to have found it for the fam, and looking forward to try it again next time we come (hopefully fully vegan then)
Notes:
- at least as of December 2021, sign outside still says "A Thai food" (Thai restaurant previously occupying the space)
- easy to order online, take out only
- favorite dishes were the drunken noodle (tried both in mild and medium), tea leaf salad (try it mixed with white rice), tom kha soup (the broth was coconut heavy with mushroom and lemongrass complementing it), and the green curry (my MIL called it "sublime"!)
- Least favorite was the pad Thai. Nothing necessarily bad about it, but just fell flat next to the rest of the dishes
- Thai ice tea is worth getting to share (perfectly sweet and bitter)
- They change the combination of sticky rice and fruit. From the two we tried, the lychee was a better pairing

The Thai Place of My Dreams - Edit
Oh my gosh. This is the Thai food I've been looking for. Spicy (level 4 is solid, sriracha level of spice), vegan and good! The Tea Leaf Salad totally rules, Massaman curry has that perfect cinnamon kick to it, drunken noodles are done PERFECTLY, Panang curry has that fresh kick to it and the Thai Iced Tea with Oat Milk is just a perfect kicker to the whole thing. Walk up, put in an order and have your mind blown.

I've been waiting my whole life for this. - Edit
I made an account just so I could leave this place a review.
Read moreI order a few times a month from Vegan Thai Co to get my drunken noodle fix and I've only ever had SPECTACULAR food here.
Another reviewer mentioned they were oily but I've never had that problem. I'm thinking it was just an off day for them.
I can't recommend this place enough. Get to-go, head to Cheeseman Park, and enjoy!
Pros: Great flavors, Friendly staff, Literally everything else I'm too lazy to type up

Good, but will hopefully improve with time - Edit
We were SO excited when we saw Denver finally had a fully vegan Thai restaurant. Thailand is our favorite country we've ever visited and we always have a hankering for authentic Thai food.
Read moreFirst impressions, it's not an actual restaurant. Luckily we had just planned to take the food to go, but it's not clearly stated on the website that they don't have seating. It's just a take away counter. Not a huge deal. Just wanted to be sure everyone knew that so they're not disappointed.
As for the food, it was good but not the best we've ever had. We got the drunken noodle and the Massaman curry. The flavors were mostly on point, despite the curry having a cinnamony flavor, which was new to us. Our largest critique - both dishes were extra oily! We had to dump the top half inch of our curry down the sink because it was all oil on top.
To be fair, they seemed pretty busy and were have some difficulties (the guy up front was very frazzled), so we're not writing them off completely as we understand some kitchens can have off days. I truly hope you'll give them a shot. We need more vegan restaurants in Denver!
