First off despite the old photos on the listing (at time of writing) this is a online only take away, don’t do what I did and spend most your evening driving around Jeddah trying to locate it. Don’t trust any of the maps.
When I did eventually get food delivered from here I was happy I got a vegan meal but it’s wasn’t impressive. The chips were cold and the burger between cold and warm. Chip/fries portion I thought was small. The burger tasted decent.
When ordering on Hunger Station for delivery bizarrely a lot of their products come with milk and egg allergy warnings, they had 2 burgers one of which was called plant based which made me doubt if the the other burger was. I did contact them by WhatsApp and they told me everything was vegan despite the apps warnings, bit confusing.
Arrived in an air tight sealed bag so everything had sweated through and was damp. Probably won’t be ordering again soon but you’re not spoilt for choice here.
Tried three things;
Crispy chkn burger
Falafel wrap
Cauliflower wings
The burger was superb, but the wings were extremely (too spicy) and I’m someone who likes spicy food. It should be more of a bbq sauce flavor rather than feeling like you chucked down a bottle of tabasco
The food is actually pretty decent and the portions are big! Just be aware that this isn’t a restaurant and you can’t really seat! Actually went there the day before my birthday thinking I was having a mini celebration ahaha and that’s not really the place to go! Perfect for take away tho.
I really really really wanted to give them 5 stars as it is only one of 2 fully vegan places in the city and I want to support that as much as I can. However, unfortunately the food is a bit bland when it comes to the mains which is a real shame. The pizza is OK, the stuffed potatoes are quite good, the burger is alright too. The lasagne is not my favourite (bland) but on the other hand the donuts and cinnamon scrolls are great!
For main dishes there are better options in the city as the kitchen here is quite small and therefore they probably don't have enough space to make something fresh. A Buddha bowl would be good to add to the options, don't only want vegan fast food.
Thank you so much for your feedback, we promise you to improve the provided services and provide a better experience to all Vegan eaters here in Jeddah.
