One of the best banh bao chay I've ever had - Edit
Large and delicious vegan banh bao packed with beans, mushroom, carrot, soy protein and glass noodles. 15k a piece and was a perfect carry away for my long bus ride
This stall is such a gem. It is in front of Giac Duc vegetarian restaurant and a vegan breakfast shop with only a steamer and a board saying "Banh baor chay" in Vietnamese. The bun is giant (the biggest I have seen) and the filling is magical, including red kidney beans, glass noodle, mushroom, and veggies. Only 10,000 VND/bun. The lady also sells vegan jellies which go very well with the bun for a good breakie.

Best breakfast - Edit
The bun is huge. The lady is learning English and they changed location from 177 to 175.
