Vegan Soul Train - Food Truck

I tried the "Mike Tyson"-burger, a soy-pattie with fake bacon and sauce. I'm not the biggest fan of "fake meat", but it was actually quite tasty. For being a food truck it's absolutely a place to recommend if you manage to find them. They move spot frequently so it's a bit hard to get to the truck. Would eat there again if I bumped into it.

The Polish-Swedish people that are running this Food truck are brilliant. The skärgårdsrulle has a magnificent red beet root mayosallad. Cole Slaw, yes! For my opinion the BBQ-burger has a bit too sweet taste, but that common for the BBQ-flavour.

Sometimes long keys and the bread for the wrap is a bit lame.

Stumbled over this gem at Hornstull and can highly recommend the food. Haven't been able to visit its various locations since but hope to have the chance soon again.

Is this soul train real?

I have not seen it. How can I find it? :)

Based on a recommendation, I ordered a traditional Swedish sandwich made vegan called skargardsrulle. The sandwich was so delicious, and one of the best things I have eaten in Sweden.

The sandwich contained a mouth-watering combination potatoes, beets, sauerkraut, some sort of vegan meat, and topped with a creamy sauce.

I have added the skargardsrulle sandwich from Vegan Soul Train to my top 10 sandwiches of all-time list.

The owner of the truck told me that he would be opening up a vegan sit-down restaurant in the future.

A mobile Vegan resturant i Stockholm! Absolutely amazing! Fun, constantly changing menu with stuff like kebab, chicken, hot dogs, gulash, all vegan and excellent tasting! Really friendly staff as well!
Only con i can think about is that the portions is a wee bit small for the asking price, but the taste makes up for it :)
A must when i Stockholm!
