Some of the best sushi we've ever had! - Edit
We're full-time travelers and visited this place 3 years ago and loved it. Our stay in Vancouver is short this time, but our first stop after dropping off our bags was Vegan Shoku. It's THAT GOOD. The food is fresh, creative, and consistently delicious. And the service and chefs are absolutely wonderful. The hardest part is choosing what to order!

The staff are so friendly and helpful, and they have soooo many options. They also offer great gluten free options and take allergies very seriously. I recommend the Philadelphia roll!

We’ve tried a lot of vegan sushi in a lot of different places and this has been the best! Our favorites were the crunch roll, the crab oshi and the Philadelphia roll. We also got the Yellow Dragon roll and the Alaska roll which were amazing too! Plus our servers were so incredibly nice. 10/10, A , would eat here again and again.

We went here after my daughter’s graduation and it was fantastic. It’s cosy inside, every table was full and there was a constant stream of doordash pickups, but the service was friendly and patient, the food came out quickly and was delicious. The menu is huge.

Well priced sushi in a well decorated, traditional Japanese restaurant. Staff was friendly and helpful in choosing from their huge menu. The sushi itself looked beautiful but it’s not quite a five star as the flavours in some of the sushi I ordered was not quite strong enough of either crab or salmon.

Sushi, ramen, udon, vegan "sashimi," and a variety of other options either a la carte or in combinations. Quality varies somewhat. Sushi is typically great, but noodle dishes can be overcooked (no one wants mushy udon) and seasoning off. Food generally looks beautiful. Probably best to go when it's not busy so more care is given to the product that is brought to your table.
