Read moreThe owner was super friendly, and has a great passion for his craft. His ambition with where he wants to take his restaurant is very admirable. Every day, he picks his vegetables locally from the Fukuoka seaside. His attention to detail is unlike any other place I’ve been to.
Would highly recommend for anyone wanting food that comes from the heart!

Best ramen in Japan - Edit
My girlfriend and I went to fukuoka and struggled finding ramen that weren’t with pork. We stumbled across this small restaurant and fell in love. It was so delicious and the owner was terrific. Such a lovable guy who speaks English better than the average Japanese person.

餃子は生地がもちもちで食べ応えがありましたし、お寿司は一つひとつ繊細で丁寧な味付けがされていて、じっくり味わうと幸せな気分になりました。
ラーメンはクリーミーで旨味のあるスープが美味しく、デザートのアイスクリームとティラミスは、程よい甘さの滑らかなクリームが口の中で溶けて、爽やかな余韻を味わうことができました。
多国籍な雰囲気もおもしろくて素敵だと思います。

- Best of all is the owner, the nicest person I met during my trip. Always helpful, always communicative, puts love into his food

Have 3 ramen choices. Set comes with vegan sushi, dessert and gyoza. Absolutely delicious, owner is very friendly and let us try their homemade bread. Dessert was outstanding with homemade ice cream and crunchy sugary pine seeds.

This place is a lovely small vegan restaurant. It offers 3 vegan ramen and multiple appetizers and side dishes.
Read moreWe tried out the vegan sushi (starter), the Hakata tonkatsu style ramen and a Tomate ramen. All dishes had an amazing flavor. The ramen was very thick and creamy. I never knew that you can create something so delicious with almond milk.
The place just opened and the owner was grateful for our visits. He explained us that all ingredients are from his garden outside the city. He starts preparing the ramen every morning at 5:30. You could feel how much work and passion he put into his cooking.
