Deze winkel verkocht op koningsdag gewoon tosti's voor de deur met Dierlijk ham en dierlijk kaas. Na vragen waarom, zeiden ze dat ze geen verantwoording hoefde af te leggen. Deze plek is dus niet veganistisch!

Dit was zo'n heerlijke traktatie tijdens een zonnige winterdag in Leeuwarden. Deze vegan bakkerij heeft echt een enorm aanbod aan verse taarten/cakes. Ik ging voor een brownie cheesecake die echt verrukkelijk was! Bovendien ook erg positief dat hier vroeger een slagerij zat, dat noem ik nog eens een goede transitie. Erg aardige vrouw ook achter de bediening. Ik denk dat ik dit jaar nog een paar keer naar Leeuwarden ga, want er is hier zoveel te proeven.

Helaas hoef ik maar eens per 2 maanden in Leeuwarden te zijn voor m’n werk. Maar die dag neem ik zonder aarzeling een trein eerder om hier te genieten van cappuccino met wat lekkers. En wat mee te nemen voor thuis.

Was interesting, and secretly quite empowering, to see the old decor from when this was a butcher's shop, complete with display counter. Staff were really knowledgeable. I'd recommend anything from their assortment.

Voorheen een slagerij, nu een plek waar de lekkerste cruelty-free dingen te eten en drinken zijn. We hadden de mazzel er op zaterdag te zijn en toen te horen dat het de volgende dag pannenkoekendag zou zijn; de pannenkoeken, van mung bonen, waren ook erg lekker. En geweldig lieve mensen die de bakkerij runnen.

I found this cute vegan bakery just because of the HappyCow-Sticker at their window. I did an unplanned stop and bought two pieces of cake (one for now, one for later - you know that) and both were delicious. The only reason to give just 4 stars would be that it's too far away from my home. But I think that wouldn't be fair.

While planning a daytrip to Leeuwarden I was happy to find this place. A must visit for vegans. The area is not particularly vegan friendly by dutch standards so keep up the good work! That alone would make me give 5 stars. But I have to be honest. We tried 5 pieces together. Some were good, but some were not so. I've had many good vegan cheesecakes, but the one I had here I wouldn't order again. Look, feel and taste were not what I hoped for. There is room to improve it, make it more fluffy somehow. For the rest love the place and would definately go again.

The cakes were so delicious and rich in flavor! The staff was friendly and the owner bakes all the cakes herself! There are plenty options to choose from. We had the mango passionfruit cake, matcha cake and a brownie cupcake with hazelnut cream topping.

What a sweet place. You can choose between many (!!) vegan cakes...every cake looks so delicious. We took a peanut-chocolate cake and a cheese - raspberry cake. Both were so good!! We can recommend the Iced Matcha latte on warm days. The stuff is very friendly.

Das Café bietet eine extrem große und vielseitige Auswahl an veganen Torten und anderen Gebäcken. Es muss einem bewusst sein, dass diese Süßspeisen alle ohne Zucker und verhältnismäßig gesund zubereitet werden und darf nicht mit einer falschen Erwartungshaltung an die Sache gehen, da man sonst enttäuscht werden könnte. Wenn man sich darauf entsprechend einstellt, überzeugt das Café.
