If you’re a noodle lover, you’ll like this … - Edit
A simple vegetarian stall serving different type of noodle and pocket friendly. If you want to eat more veggies and healthy, their Yong Tau Fu is a good choice.
Read moreI ordered the soupy Mi Tai Mu ($3.5). It has mock fish ball, mock fish cake slice, mock meat and mock Luncheon meat. If you’re not so fond of mock meat, you can skip this noodle.
It’ll be perfect, if there is bean sprout and more lettuce (preferably Chinese lettuce) added to replace the mock stuff. This noodle go well with cut chilli padi in soy sauce, but they don’t have.
Tried their Laksa wasn't so appealing. And the Mee Pok which I ordered look good but wasn't well cooked, maybe, they're in a rush to clear the queue.

Veg Assam Fishhead Curry :D - Edit
Some times I work in this area and this is where I eat for lunch every time. I highly recommend the assam curry. Coming in second place would be the Tom Yum. If you want a little extra spice, they have a fat squeeze bottle of red pepper sauce that they will let you use. It's usually sitting just to the right of the veg case.

Pros: Assam Curry, You can add some extra spice
Cons: A little warm inside

Veg Yong Tau Fu - Edit
This stalls sells vegetarian Yong Tau Fu along with many other dishes such as chicken rice, claypot noodles, veg fishball noodles etc. The variety of Yong Tau Fu is good and the stall makes the effort to make handmade Yong Tau Fu dishes using vegetarian paste. The portions are pretty good most of the time though it can vary with different staff working. The soup is not too salty and is good if you are looking for something light to have.

highly recommend - Edit
They sell yong tau foo, a common local dish, but sometimes hard to find in vegetarian places. Their tofu is soft and fresh. I love their meepok (minced meat noodle) the most. It tasted like the real deal!

The Best Veg Yong Tau Foo at Bedok North - Edit
Vegan Paradise used to be located at Geylang (somewhere opposite Aljunied MRT), and this stall has somehow changed the type of food that they used to serve at Geylang. They used to serve vegetarian Tze Char at Geylang, but the main highlight (for Bedok North) is the Yong Tau Foo. In fact, this would probably be the only Yong Tau Foo that you can find in Bedok North, thus the Best (at the same time). I like their chicken rice too, but their Yong Tau Foo is probably still the best and number 1 choice if I am around the area. This area also has many vegetarian stalls nearby at Blk 216 Bedok North Hawker Centre (although they are only opened in the morning until lunch).

cheap and easy - Edit
You pick and mix yourself what protein and veggies you would like to have in your soup. No gourmet food but quite healthy without a lot of oil. Very friendly staff. Get a sugar free fresh juice from the drinks stall nearby!

The Yong Tau Fu is my favourite. There are about 15 varieties to choose from.
