dry tortas & tacos w/ little flavor - Edit

We were excited to try this place because of the great reviews. We ordered multiple types of tacos & tortas to sample.... All were dry with very little flavor or filling. It's cheap though if you're looking for that.

Pros: Cheap

Cons: Dry & Little Flavor

Lots of options, delicious and inexpensive - Edit

We only had tacos this first time there, but I'm sure we will be back to try the torras and burgers. Each taco was about $1 and we had the bistec, pastor, sudadero and chorizo with queso de papa. We also had to try the cheese on the fries and were surprised at how yummy they were. Quick service and lots of options.

Pros: lots of options, delicious and authentic flavors, inexpensive

super. - Edit

I highly recommend the bistec taco with queso de papa. Tastes exactly like a philly cheesesteak taco. Also their Serrano pepper sauce is incredible.

Pros: fresh and delicious

Tasty & Cheap - Edit

You can't expect much for 15 pesos. But I was blown away and happily surprised. Good food at good prices. No English spoken.

A sign of things to come - Edit

With the new wave of low-key vegan taco spots cropping up around town, I was happy to find this one on HC, well out of the center but easily reachable by metro. It's just steps away from the Bosque de Aragon stop and combines well with a visit to that park.

It's basically a small comedor with the typical vegan taco varieties... sudadero, pastor, bistek, etc. The proprietors are friendly, the sauces are great, and the space is comfortable. Note that they are only open on Saturdays and Sundays for the moment (that could change, but at the moment this is a side gig for the staff). Perfect for a weekend jaunt, and hopefully in the future it will be open all week.

Pros: great tacos, friendly

Cons: limited hours
