I tried the seitan burger and tasted really strange to me, also the shawarma was cold and didn’t have much taste. I have only visited once a while ago and judging by the other reviews they were probably just having a bad day. Staff were friendly and service was quick. I would give this place another chance, support the vegan eateries for sure!

Sorry to disagree with everyone else, but the food I ordered was just... okay. Okay fries, okay marinated soya pieces, okay taste, okay price, all around okay. The blackcurrant cake was disappointing though; TINY and okayish taste. Didn't justify its £4.49 price tag.
I think I might have made a bad (for me, personally) choice with the Doner Salad Box, so I will definitely give the place a second chance and update asap.
Update: added one star; had a great Shawarma wrap.

Oh my god. That’s all I have to say I mean the food is so good. The shawarma in particular is so realistic I was scared I’d been fed real meat. Located in a perfect place for uni students so don’t be afraid of being a vegan in birmingham uni😄

The perfect food if you fancy a filthy takeaway. Really really tasty and a good portion. I would say you can share one between two, but it's too good, so get one for yourself and save half for later!

Had an absolutely delicious vegan doner wrap. The soya curls were seasoned perfectly and all the salads were so fresh. Also had amazing sauces - really enjoyed the vegan garlic mayo. My husband also had the chicken burger and it's one of the best chicken burgers we've ever had. The fresh juice options were also fantastic. I ordered the stuffed grape leaves and had them for lunch the next day, were some of the best dolmas I've had in the UK. Would highly reccomend this place and will be coming again.

Five of us ordered from Vegan Munch via Uber Eats and thoroughly enjoyed our celebratory takeaway dinner, as well as the freedom to pick anything from the menu, with the knowledge that it is vegan friendly!

I'd love to know what the vegan sour cream is because it was delicious! Great pre/post pub food and satisfied five hungry students!

The man who owns this place has done some magic with soya chunks. So meaty and flavorful. The portions and great and I think offer amazing value for money. Chicken burger not great but okay. Recommend the wraps or boxes. Expanding menu and have been many times now.

I had the doner kebab and their ginger beet juice, both were amazing, I’m not really in to vegan meats but the delicately spiced kebab was melt in the mouth perfect. Bread was nice too. Unbelievable value.

Brilliant vegan place offering lamb, chicken or donner kebab in either wraps or boxes with fries and salad. Also has a great selection of fresh juices and smoothies. Small shop but decent space for sitting and eating there.

Nice Little Find - Very Fresh - Edit
The second time we were in the area and after trying the adjacently owned falafel bar next door last visit, we tried this place. Was absolutely outstanding, the flavours and everything being prepared fresh whilst you wait was fantastic. Really pleasant atmosphere too. Our children were in tow and they also enjoyed and ate everything.

That’s a bold review title I know but frankly one that is incredibly well earned. Being a kebab junkie, I headed down shortly after this place opened. And I just kept going. Many times now and I don’t see myself stopping anytime soon!
Read moreThe shop is airy, if limited for space to sit in if it’s busy. Everything is vegan (yay!!) and you have chicken and lamb shawarma and doner kebab to choose from. You can do wraps, salads, with fries and on hummus (that last one btw is the best choice, the hummus here is on par with Damascena in my opinion). Everything is made on-site with the exception of a couple of sauces they buy in.
I still can’t get over how tasty the food is. Lamb is my surprise favourite out the three but no matter what you choose you will end up with a delicious meal. As a bonus, the packaging is all from recycled materials and they serve wooden cutlery - just to help be that extra bit better to the planet.
A caution to anyone going - they serve chocolate hummus. As a purist, I could barely bring myself to give it a go. I did and it’s not good 😂 but hey, it’s literally the only thing on the menu that’s a miss for me. Everything else - pure gold and that’s why they’re the king of kebabs.

Not only great food but also fresh smoothies and juices. Lots to choose from on the menu and you can eat in or take away. Really cannot fault it and I hope it is a huge success which other eateries will follow.
