Canceled order without notice - Edit
Drove all the way down to pick up the order and after a long delay was informed they canceled the order because one item wasn’t available. Didn’t offer to swap, didn’t notify, just canceled. Apparently only have one guy working on orders and weren’t willing to uncancel. Front desk people weren’t willing to help. Location is way out of the way and is a cloud kitchen. Bad experience all around. Would give 1-star if I could. Loved Vegan Mob in Oakland, but this is a failed business at this point.

Cloud kitchen - Edit
This is a vegan mob cloud kitchen, but they do have picnic tables outside. The quality is not quite as good as from the truck or brick and mortar location, but it’s fine. The fried chicken appears to be Beyond tenders rather than the larger rounds shown in the online menu.
