Vegan Living looks really inviting when you arrive during a dark October night, with its wooden interior, mix of faux and real plants and cosy lightening. The waiters spoke little English but were overall friendly. However, it took approximately 45 min for us to get our algae fillét and steamed noodles, way beyond expectations. During this time, other guest managed to be seated, order, eat and pay, with no explanation given why our order took so much longer. Furthermore, the fillét lacked any sauce or other flavour-enhancing addition and the steamed vegetables were all overcooked.

The experience might have been completely different if we'd gone for sushi instead of hot dishes, based on what other guests were receiving, food- and servicewise.

Das Essen hat uns wirklich sehr gut geschmeckt! (Bei mir gab es das Seetangfilet mit Tofu und Gemüse und die Sommerrollen als Vorspeise).
Ich komme definitiv wieder und probiere mich weiter durch die Karte!😄
Der Standort hat auch seine Vorteile. Nah an der Elbe und an der Hubbrücke lässt es sich nach dem Essen gut noch eine Runde spazieren.

Wir haben einen spontanen Ausflug in das Restaurant gemacht und haben es nicht bereut. Unsere beiden Suppen die wir ausgewählt haben waren groß und ausreichend dennoch etwas geschmacksneutral. Die Limonade des Hauses war super lecker und erfrischend aber der Kiwieistee und der Erdbeereistee waren etwas zu süß.

Because I wanted to try as many dishes as possible. Even went there a second time already. Clean & nicely decorated restaurant, very accommodating staff & 99% vegan choices. Prices for most dishes are also very fair. Favorites so far are the gyoza & the bbq tofu pot.
