Western

A vegan restaurant serving predominantly Western food, plus a menu of pizza and pasta. Serves burgers (and desserts which may include carrot cake, tofu brownie, creme brulee and cheesecake). Also has take away lunch boxes. Recommended to try the kimchi meat pizza and the pesto pizza, in addition to the creme brulee and cheesecake. Open Mon-Tue 11:30am-2:30pm, 5:00pm-8:00pm, Thu-Fri 11:30am-2:30pm, 5:00pm-8:00pm, Sat-Sun 11:30am-8:00pm. Closed Wed.

Messy

Ok, so there’s a lot wrong with this place. Firstly, vibes are off, the inside seems hostile/soulless even but I can live with that, whatever. We got 2 different versions of the menu card, half of the things in both weren’t available. We ordered soup, pizza and lemon cheesecake. The soup wasn’t bad but it wasn’t salty at all, which I guess is something you have to get used to in Taiwan. Then there was pizza - super small (and super expensive), pic for reference. Somehow it wasn’t salty either, with the white cream on top tasting like lemon cheesecake? Which, as a dessert, was the best thing we had there but for some reason it was served to us frozen? Lol. Messy. It’s a chop.

Naur

This restaurant is trying to have a Western aesthetic, unfortunately, it doesn’t really work out, although it’s visible in the pricing. As with other Taiwanese food we’ve tried, we feel like the locals are really afraid of salt, which was lacking in the savory dishes we tried - not even to make the dish salty, but to elevate the flavor. The pizza dough was sweet and even tasted more fried than baked for some reason. Additionally, it was really small, yet pricey (~300 NT$). The cheesecake we had wasn’t the worst, but it was frozen when it came. Over all, it was disappointing.

Delicious but could use some improvements on sweetness level

I am so happy to have found a restaurant that is all vegan, serves delicious food and also has such a cute aesthetic with the polar bears! The service was friendly, there was a good choice of food, and the dishes were delicious. I especially liked the desserts. The creme brulee and the cheesecake were for sure the highlights.

The kimchi meat pizza was excellent, as was the pesto one. My comments are more on improvements than fix that went wrong. I'd make them bigger and less sweet. The dough has a sweetness to it that is a bit strange and not matching well the dish. The pesto also seems to be using mint which is interesting but for me it didn't work out as well as just using basil. #Veganuary

Pros: Good variety , Delicious food, Friendly service

Cons: The pizza dough is too sweet, Uninteresting drinks, Small portions
