Mock-tail was so good, I did ask for ginger ale instead of ginger beer though. Calamari and prawns were delicious, I didn’t like the ball things (can’t remember what they are called) mainly the texture as they we very mushy inside. Overall not bad

Vegan Junk Food Bar has been a must-visit for me for a long time and I did have high expectations because of all of the reviews and the photos I'd seen and it really was just absolutely amazing!!! We are definitely going back before we leave Barcelona ❤️ I knew the burgers would be good and absolutely loved the wings!!! The fries were delicious 😋

I’ve been at VJFB several times and never been disappointed. The brand has personality. And it’s nice to have one of this places where you can eat “guilty pleasure” kind of food!
Read moreIt has special plates and really original presented like the blue cheese burger, you can also pick some fries or other kind of snacks they are delicious. The first time I tried the salads and they were really great. I’m willing to try their special pizza and some deserts in the future.
The staff is nice and kind, there is not really much waiting time. The place is gorgeous and has a youth vibe, clean and organized. And they give you a candy stick after paying. Cute detail. #Veganuary

WOAH Huge Burgers!! - Edit
This lively fun spot had an inventive menu (it is not just a frozen veggie burger on a bun). I ordered the Notorious Sumo Burger and Crunchy Pnut Thai Chik’n Betterballs. The burger was phenomenal, the Betterballs were just ok. As I looked at what others were having, it all looked delicious. The fun decor added to the cool, hip vibe of the restaurant.

Junk food restaurant. They have many choices of entrees, burgers, and other "meat" dishes. We ate mac&cheese balls, prawns, nachos and fries, a chicken burger and a dish of ribs. It was all very good, it's the kind of food you expect in a junk food restaurant. We ended up very full. The only drawback (for me) is that they color the breads and sauces, I find it strange to eat an electric blue sauce on a pink bun.

Dommage, 2 etoiles car l'organisation du service et du personnel est à mon sens à revoir. Beaucoup d'attente pour un restaurant peu remplis au moment de notre arrivée, cela n'est pas très agréable ni pour le client ni pour le personnel et cela se fait ressentir sur leur manque d'amabilité. We were greeted as soon as we entered by a friendly staff member. We were seated promptly and were offered recommendations for drinks and food. My wife had a tasty Schwartz and I had onion rings, Mac & Cheese balls and Thai peanut butter balls. Everything was delicious. I will visit again as well as go to their other locations.

Very cool vibe. Lots of options which all looked awesome! We shared shawarma loaded fries, crunchy classic betterballs, and flamboyant shrimp. There were also lots of very nice looking cocktails but we didn't try any on our visit. Would recommend😄

Every time I looked for vegan restaurants in Barcelona this place showed up so I had to go and try their colourful burgers. I wouldn't say it was the best burguer I've ever had but it was delicious and the size was very good for the price! Only the starters, side dishes and desserts are expensive in my opinion.

My partner had the Cruelty Free burguer, tasty but just felt like Beyond Meat to me. I had the Daddy burguer and it was a pleasant surprise. The pattie was tasty, the faux chicken wings were crunchy and delicious and the daddy blue sauce was great too. I'd absolutely come back here to eat this burguer again!

I liked vegan sashimi and shrimps, rest tasted ok, but i felt very heavy afterwards. Also service was very poor - our little boy spilled lemonade and the waitress saw it and did not bother as if her only worry was to put the dishes on the table.

You get what you were promised: junk food. But make it extravagant, saucy and very flavorful. Not a cheap place, but probably one of the vegan places I always look forward to going. Their menu is huge and I'm sure they have things to please everyone.

For me, this place has some of the most tasty vegan burgers (I recommend the Sumo burger) . All plates are decorated very nicely and the place has a very nice design. Unfortunately, the music is always very loud so it is hard to keep a conversation with your companions and not a place to stay for a long time.

This was our first stop when we got to Barcelona and we were very excited to try the food. The restaurant itself looked wonderful, tons of photo ops. We started with the fried Mac and cheese balls, which were delicious. Unfortunately, the main dishes were lacking in flavor and quality. We ordered the special burger of the day and the chicken sandwich. Both had buns that barely stayed together while eating and sauces that were sweet rather than savory. It took about 30 minutes for any waiter to come to us after we were done eating to bring the check and no one checked to see if we needed anything else.
