Mid and overpriced - Edit
I got a burger and the bbq cauliflower. the cauliflower was super overpriced (12 dollars). heat up some cauliflower and drizzle some bbq sauce on it and thats all it was. very tasteless. the burger was ok. it was 9 dollars. price is no issue to me if the food is worth it. this food is not worth it. i will not be returning.

Food was great, more than expected. Food was closer to gourmet then basic american vegan simple "burger & fries" . Had a salad, Nacho burger, cheese fries, all were great. Has seating upstairs too and enough tables that could accommodate larger groups too.

We had a mixed dinner party of six. Tables were quickly arranged and cleaned for us. Everyone enjoyed the food. Mainly take-out with lots of customers!

I got the Smokey Robinson themed burger (BBQ sauce and coleslaw). The burger was tasty, if not a bit pricey. They had sweets of various sorts at the counter.

I ordered the buffalo cauliflower, fried brussels, and jambalaya shrimp tacos. The food arrived quickly and well packaged. The fried brussels and jambalaya tacos were great. I didn't love the buffalo cauliflower, the batter was already on the soggy side by the time it got to me. The buffalo cauliflower is probably better eaten right after it's cooked, doesn't seem to travel well.

The When Smokey Sings burger is absolutely one of the best burgers I've ever had. The sauce is tangy, sweet and had a delightful amount of heat. The patty is wonderful with a great texture that is not just like meat, but also not just a bunch of stuff tossed together. It has it's own great thing going for it. All of the toppings were fantastic too. Just amazing and the friend I shared the meal with echoed every one of those points as well.
Read moreThe Fried Brussels Sprouts were just perfect as well. Cooked all the way through perfectly, and nicely browned on the outside with the right amount of salt.
The Buffalo Cauliflower was wonderfully well done to. A very nice sauce and perfectly cooked.
I can't wait to get back to Philly and try more!

I've ordered from this place before and the food is really good which is why this isn't 1 star. However, their food is not worth the price or the wait time.
Read moreToday I placed an order for pickup through Postmates and was told at 7:15 that it would be done in 5 minutes so I went to the restaurant and stood outside for 45 minutes! Other people were coming and placing orders when they arrived and got their food before me. My food took more than an hour to be made, not 5 minutes like they said on the phone when I placed the order. I don't mind the food taking a while to cook, but please do not have your customers standing outside for 45 minutes without any explanation.
All this just to end up with soggy burgers and cold fries.
