We ordered the beans of the day, crispy queso and some papas fritas - all very tasty! Also our juices were nice, although the mango chai didn't really taste like mango but mostly like banana.
All dishes are quite simple with a hint of fast food, but like I said before, we were happy with the taste!
I went to Vegan Garden 4 times when I was staying in Pucon. The food is really something special, everything I tried was fantastic. But the thing that stood out to me was the atmosphere. The staff are so welcoming and lovely and went out of their way to make it a really happy and wholesome space, which is why I wanted to keep going back.
I tried a few things on the menu - the Hummus Dinámico sandwich, Queso Crispy and Crema de Legumes were really outstanding. The fresh juices were fantastic too.
I can't recommend Vegan Garden highly enough.

Vegan Chilean food - Edit
I had a delicious French fry dish called Chorillana which is a Chilean classic but this one has tofu!
