Flavor, culture, and heart in every bite. - Edit
Vegan Foodie Bowl is one of LA’s newest plant-based gems, and I’m honestly blown away. Afro-Caribbean inspired, 100% vegan, and totally gluten-free — everything is made with care and bold flavor.
Read moreI tried the Veggie Bowl, Rice Tofu Bowl, Truffle Chick’n Burger, and y’all… that Hot Dog was the BEST I’ve ever had. The pineapple sauce, red cabbage, crispy chips, and vegan cheese come together like magic.
This isn’t just food — it’s a legacy. Gwen, the founder, brings her family recipes to life in every dish, and you can feel the love in it.
Whether you’re vegan, gluten-free, or just flavor-obsessed, this spot is absolutely worth it.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ — and then some.

Expensive!!! - Edit
It’s pretty cool to have an all vegan place in the area, but man is it overpriced. Just a salad a smoothie cost as much as my entire thrift haul! I will say though that their smoothies are absolutely to die for. I’m usually not a smoothie person but I have to get their smoothies as a treat on a hot day. I also like how they have a wide variety of options on the menu — there’s something for everyone. Plus, the portion sizes for the bowls are huge — I could only finish half my rice! So far I’ve been here twice but will update as I try more things (much to the detriment of my wallet 😅)

Vegans rejoice - Edit
Glad we found this place. Had an Acai bowl and a hibiscus tea. My husband got the oatmeal and some empanadas. Everything was delicious. There are not many vegan options in Glendale so we were so happy to find this place.

A Must Try! - Edit
Let’s be honest, malls and vegan food don’t usually go hand in hand. I was in the area and decided to check Vegan Foodie Bowl out. I was pleasantly surprised, Vegan Foodie Bowl delivers in the taste and ingredients department!
Read moreI had the Caribbean Rice and Beans bowl and from the first bite could tell these guys care about their ingredients. My dish was fresh, vibrant, and spiced to perfection! I am definitely going back.
Pros: Variety of options , Fresh ingredients , Amazing flavors

I should have tried the Caribbean! My chicken Caesar salad was OK, not great.
