Has a storefront as well as accepts orders online for worldwide shipping. Accepts only exact amount without giving change if using cash. NOTE: There is a building with a sign saying Vegan Delights where The Broker Coffee Roastery has its premises. It's behind the building. Open Mon-Fri 07:00-14:00.

Abysmal service, maggots on walnut chocolate - Edit
I am not one to give low rating reviews, nor am I one to be rude to small businesses as I run a small business myself and I know how hard customer service can be. But Iâm genuinely exasperated with Vegan Delights at this point, as a multiple-times customer. Their customer service is just unbelievably unprofessional, rude, and dismissive.
Read moreFirst issue: one of my orders was sent to the wrong city. I couldnât fix it with the courier (not by lack of trying), so it was returned. Vegan Delights initially refused any solution whatsoever, no refund, no reshipment, nothing. Even when I told them I was happy to place another order if they could just add the missed chocolates to it, but they still refused. I understand the costs involved in a sales business and am always happy to meet other sellers halfway. But they expected me to just lose âŹ60 and "place a new order if I wanted the chocolates". Only after several days of exhausting emails did the owner reluctantly refund me and made sure I knew she wasnât pleased.
Second issue: the order that I placed after that was sent to a pickup point 1 hour 40 minutes away because they entered the wrong postcode, yet still blamed the courier. Note, every other order with the same courier just got delivered to my house or at the most nearby pick-up point, never had any issues.
Final straw: my latest order contained a walnut bar with a live maggot (!), a dead one (!!), web-like strands, and countless tiny eggs/larvae from said maggots. I sent videos immediately and it has been two full business days (plus the weekend) with zero response. None whatsoever. All of my flabbers are absolutely gasted at this point.
Iâve given them multiple chances and things somehow get worse every time. The chocolates are extremely expensive, which would be fine if the service matched the price. But this is genuinely the worst customer service Iâve ever dealt with. Absolutely atrocious and so disappointing.

Best vegan chocolate ever - Edit
I Order regular out from Germany at vegan delights. Their chocolate is awesome and so good. The strawberry cheescake chocolate is a dream. The vegan Snickers is also to recommend.

Awesome local place (but somewhat expensive) - Edit
I have been following Vegan Delightâs journey since they were small and now I am so happy to see how much they have grown! Their in-person store is a great place to get chocolate and vegan cheeses. Unfortunately since it is a small business and uses good quality food, it will be a bit pricy (worth it tho)!

Vegan Delights is such a wonder! - Edit
I am so thankful that Vegan Delights exists! When they open the shop to the public, we go and stare at their beautiful chocolate works of art and buy our favourites. Our local ICA also carries quite a few options including the Vegickers, which is so delicious. Try all of their sweets - you won't regret it!

Vegan Delights - Edit
An Uppsala based vegan chocolate factory. They have a small shop by their production site in Ultuna, a few km from the city center. However, you can also find their chocolate in ordinary grocery stores around Uppsala and Sweden - there is a list and a map of resellers on their website. The staff was really friendly and the chocolate delightful!
