Really nice shop owner who speaks english very well. The food is very tasty. We had some vegan wraps with tempeh (5€) and selfmade smoothies (3€). You can buy a lot of vegan snacks there. Also there are a lot gluten-free options

I came here today with my partner and for the first time and we had 2 mind blowing hot dogs, some sweets and a hot tea. The place is small, but there is bench just outside the door and you can sit there and enjoy your food. The owner (Marco) is just an amazing human, very kind, knowledgeable about food and travelling. I never expected to find this place in Pisa and I'm very happy that we met him and this place is really a Gem for a vegan traveller! Can't recommend this enough!!! Super

Very small location in a side street, around 10 minutes walk from Pisa Tower area. 100 % vegan, sells also some things like Peanut Butter, Croissants, packed Tofu/Seitan and different plant milks. Also many gluten-free options available. We had a Falafel Wrap and a Pizza with Seitan. The guy behind the desk was alone and there were 3 other customers waiting, so it took some time until our food was ready. The Pizza dough was a ready-to-serve-dough but the toppings were fresh and tasty. The staff was very friendly

I had a integral piadina with tempeh, it was good but not exceptional. As other reviewers wrote there are a bit too much processed ingredients to my taste. The waiter was nice and the location is good (in the center of Pisa).

All delicious and local ingredients, the cheeses were amazing, especially the stronger chickpea and potato based local vegan cheese.
So many options to build your own sandwiches and gluten free options were also available. Service was so friendly and helpful we hung about for more biological beers outside after!

Small Fast Food Imbiss/Bistro, and also shop selling Organic and vegan products. I was excited reading all the 5-star reviews about this place, but greatly disappointed after eating there. Both of us feeI bloated, heavy stomachs and nauseated. I walked all over Pisa not able to find vegan cheese pizzas even though they had freshly-made cheeseless pizza‘s - but I wanted fresh pizza with vegan cheesy cheese; I arrived to Koala‘s hoping for a fresh, hot crispy pizza, and fresh vegetable toppings, but got preserved or processed ingredients. I assume he doesn‘t have much space or business to afford keeping constantly, fresh stocked vegetables. If you are local looking for vegan fast food, or to shop for vegan organic packaged products to take home and cook with, then this is a good place. If you are a tourist in town wanting italian pizza - go to a non-vegan pizzeria and order cheeseless. The man was really super friendly, nice, but he is running a bistro and not a charity or therapy center. People come there expecting to eat tasty, vegan (healthy) food. My date was not vegan and he now has a (literally) nasty taste in his mouth and upset stomach from this vegan experience: this visit reenforces society‘s negative view on vegan food.
