Such a wide selection of options which was so lovely to see - I had a breaded seitan wrap which was absolutely delicious! Perfect to pop in for a quick lunch, located really near the leaning tower!

We were here 2 times now. It is a very small place but they can make a lot! We had sandwiches with tofu or saitan and vegan cheese. One time we took the gnocchi,... Even our picky little rascal found something every time.

The menu is a little confusing but it is also written in English (although it was barly readable for me). Just take your time and let the staff help you with your choice.

This is the only vegan place in Pisa! - Edit
I loved this place! It’s super tiny and quaint— the owner makes every dish himself and he speaks perfect English. I had the Japanese miso soup with tofu and a custom pizza with vegan cheese, tomato sauce, and veggies.

So many options to choose from! The owner is super nice and speaks perfect English. He uses some really good brands like “Taifun” and “Rapunzel” - you can really taste the good quality.

The best part was, that the owner washed his hands before preparing the food & after receiving the money!

The owner is really friendly and a really nice thing is that he washed his hands after taking the money before giving us the sandwiches, this is often an underrated aspect!
There are not many seats but you can easily find a place nearby.

Piccolo posto ma davvero molto buono! C'è l'imbarazzo della scelta.
Il proprietario è davvero simpatico e una cosa super positiva è che si è lavato le mani dopo aver toccato i soldi, prima di darci i panini, un aspetto spesso sottovalutato!
Non ci sono molti posti per sedersi ma possono essere facilmente trovati nei dintorni.

This small takeaway shop is truly a gem. You can tell its made with passion and love. It's fully vegan and healthy, and overall you can custom make your own piadini or panini. He has different breads, tempeh, seitan, tofu, vegan cheese, salami, pesto and so much more! They also have a ton of vegan products for sale. Don't miss it!

Read moreWe had different burgers in wraps - mine was tofu with shiitake mushrooms which was really tasty. My husband had the seitan burger and enjoyed it. Lots of choice of fillings, all delicious. Some super healthy options like flax seeds. We also had the home made smoothly - yum!

We had a seitan baguette and a falafel wrap. Both made fresh and warm with a choice of salad and sauce. The owner is very laid back, effortlessly making excellent food. Also has vegan toiletries, household items and long life milks for sale.

Our kid is veggie and loves koalas so we just had to come here. The owner is a very nice guy and explained everything to us. We had the piadina with farinata (definitely try this with the peanut sauce) and one with grilled tempeh, as well as hot dogs. And it was all delicious.
