Great course! - Edit
James is a great chef and very interested in food. He runs this vegan course through cooks academy, and myself and partner went to the five week one.
Knowing a lot about vegan food, we were surprised by how much we learned.
James makes a wide variety of his own recipes and also recipes from the Vegetarian restaurant Cornucopia that he works in, in Dublin. We learned so many new things to make at home. All of which were tasty, adaptable and easy to learn. I highly recommend this course. James also runs day courses through out the year. All dates can be found on the cooks academy website
