Super dooper salty and pricey - Edit

Lovely service and atmosphere, but SO heavy handed on the salt which made the food almost inedible! We had the ravioli and pizza, and it definitely wasn't worth the price. The shiitake mushrooms on both dishes was also quite gritty.

Very Good - Edit

We had the full lunch menu which was a good deal at about $10 USD for a fresh juice, salad, and a main dish. Food in Santiago is pretty expensive, so we were happy with the price. The main was a delicious and flavorful mushroom risotto. If we had more time during our visit, we would have returned.

Pros: Good price, Fresh ingredients

Cons: Salad was bland

Great ! - Edit

I went there twice. The first time, I took a fantastic quinoa salad from the menu and a melon juice. It was truly delicous and very beautifuly dressed.
The next time, we took the lunch special and it was as beautiful and as delicious. We got a salad and rice and mushroom. I also tried their cake and they were both time very good.
The staff is adorable and the place very quiet. It is a bit more expensive than other places in Santiago but it really worth the price.

Yum! - Edit

I ate here with my non-vegan family. My sister got the set menu with a juice, starter salad, and main course of potatoes and a quinoa pudding-esque dish. I got a juice and a pesto risotto. Both juices (pineapple passionfruit) were delicious, as well as the dishes. The potatoes were amazing.

For desert, I ordered the chocolate ice cream. The flavor was good but it had a rather mealy texture which was a bit strange. Overall a great meal!

Delicious! - Edit

I went here last week with my husband. It's a quiet little place near Baquedano subway station, really nice. The food we tried was amazing. We had grilled polenta with cashew cheese and asparagus (and we shouldn't have ordered this first, since the main courses are big enough, we couldn't finish them). And as main course, we tried arepas with oyster mushrooms and black beans. Everything was absolutely delicious. We drank some pineapple juice which was also really good.
Prices are not that bad, considering that in general, food is not that cheap in Chile.

Pros: friendly staff, executive menus from monday to friday, cheaper, nice background music

S'ok - Edit

Nice cafe for lunch right by the park. My friend had the menu of the day which was decent, a kind of vegan meatloaf over mash with cream sauce, I had the spinach quinoa ravioli which was ok except unfortunately was missing the mushrooms it was supposed to come with. Salad was large but just plain lettuce, oil and vinegar served on the side.

Pros: nice cafe atmosphere

Cons: missing ingredients

Can live up to high expectations - Edit

Vegan Bueras can definitely live up to high expectations, the food is high-class and distinguished. Therefore is also a bit pricey though.
So the venue is probably the least exiting part, the interior is average, no special or extravagant furniture or decoration. The only piece that stands out is the record player. But how great is that, really! Usually they play some 80's post-punk vinyls.
There aren't many dishes on the menu, but everything they do provide is formidable. The vegan cheese they use is pretty good. And there are various mushrooms on the menu, that's awesome! The portions could be a bit larger though.
Impeccable service, friendly staff. Waiting times aren't long.
Recommended!

Pros: delicious food, central location, record player!

Cons: a bit pricey, some changing dishes would be nice

food is great, open hours changed - Edit

I tried the Rissotto and later empanadas cheese-mushrooms, both very tasty. For dessert was a piece of cake simply delicious and a hot chocolate which was a pleasure for the heart. I like they don't add sugar to the pineapple juice. Also, the waiter was lovely! I absolutely recommend this place...they must just state more clearly the open hours!

Pros: food, attention , hot chocolate

Cons: open hours are not actualized

flavorful - Edit

They have à la carte but it's a bit pricey. The lunch menu was 4900 CLP so I chose that instead. The salad was a bit boring, only greens with sesame oil, not flavorful. The main dish was quite nice -- a big plate with little food in it, but it was enough to sustain me. They also serve bread with veg butter and juice, all included in the price.
