Amazong banh mi - the most expensive I’ve ever had - Edit
Now I know it’s a tough market out there (especially for vegan food!). But to charge £9.90 for a sandwich (albeit amazing) is a little too high for me! Apart from that, I would say amazing food!!

Amazing sandwiches, lovely human - Edit
This food stand in Hackney Central is great! The sandwich was premade but he heated all the ingredients on a skillet and reassembled it. A nearly perfect banh mi: crusty baguette and super fresh herbs.
