Nice spot for Western food - Edit
If you know this place is on the 3rd floor of Qsquare mall, you can find it quite easily. It’s a nice but very expensive restaurant, you easily pay about 5 times as much as in other restaurants. Also your ‘meal time’ is limited to 90 minutes.
Read moreThat said, they have some amazing food items. We came here to try the OmniPork burger ($400) and it did not disappoint. Their oat milk coffees are good but start from $180. Free water is included. We also tried the Japanese Style Fried Mushroom with Salmon Roe, and found out in Taiwan, appetisers are definitely made for sharing. But the dish was very very delicious. The rest of the menu contained mostly western dishes such as pasta and risotto. They frozen grape smoothie was also very good. Overall it was a good experience, especially if you are looking for Western food. But you won’t find any Taiwanese food.

Good Vegan Spot - Edit
Located on the 3rd floor of Q Square. You need to search for the place is quite “inside”.
Read moreOrdered their Fish and Chips. Although it was stated as Appetiser, but the portion was big so don’t be fooled unless you are a big eater.
Fish and Chips was nice, the chips was crispy to my liking but hope they can have more tartar sauce 😅.

Great Vegan Spot 😊 - Edit
Overall, this was a pretty good dining experience. Vegan Amore is located inside the mall on the third floor, and the space is colorful, modern, and really inviting. My favorite dish was definitely the pumpkin stew — rich, comforting, and perfect with the European bread it comes with. I also loved the sea salt caramel oat milk latte, which was surprisingly balanced and not overly sweet. A solid vegan option if you’re in the area!

Great! - Edit
This is a restaurant hidden away in a mall but it’s worth finding! It seems to be quite popular and we went at lunch time, so if you’re looking to go for dinner, it might be worth reserving a table.
Read moreThe food was really tasty and the portions were massive. Although the Korean cauliflower left quite a bad aftertaste which might have been from the oil. To be honest it’s the only reason I’m not giving this place a 5* rating. The food is quite expensive as well so if you’re travelling on a budget you might want to have a look at the prices before deciding to come here.

Lovely service, yummy food - Edit
My girlfriend had the soup and a salad and both were amazing, I had a burger which was nothing special - standard beyond beef style. Everything is quite pricey but still a great spot!

Overpriced and underperformed - Edit
A bit of a shame to leave a negative review but it’s very much warranted :(. My partner and I ordered burgers, which was supposed to come with potato wedges. Instead, his came with nothing and mine came with potato croquettes. I don’t like croquettes as the oiliness doesn’t agree with me. They told me they ran out of wedges—but I wasn’t informed when I ordered (which I was told to do through the QR code). They offered to switch for salad (which they then walked over with a baby sized plate of several thin shreds of lettuce). Another waitress then came over and offered french fries, which took a further ten minutes to come. The fries were very oily and I couldn’t finish them. The burgers themselves were a bit sad. The food are made up of small portions and are not even warm. To makes all this worse, there is a service charge. For what? For me to order on an app? What a shame. Go to HiPizza instead.

Upscale restaurant in a mall - Edit
They have a pretty extensive menu, and everything I tried was good.
Read moreThe interior is nice and upscale, although it's in a mall, so there are no windows to the outside.
It's a bit pricey compared to other options in Taipei.

Yummy vegan food.... in a mall - Edit
Although you have to ravage through a few department stores to get here, its worth it.

Tasty but expensive - Edit
It is kind of difficult to find. One has to be in the right building, because there are many buildings connected. If in the right building there are signs. I think it is on the third floor.
Read moreThe food is tasty but the portions are not that big and it is kind of expensive. I tried noodles, and burger and cauliflower appetizer (quite spicy) and they were good!

Simply delicious - Edit
In my third week in Asia I was finally craving something else so I wanted to try this place. It is really expensive compared to the street eateries but I treated myself and it was totally worth it. I really miss a good vegan Italian style restaurant in Berlin so I was glad to find one here. Plus the atmosphere is really nice overall.

For those who want to take a break from all the super greasy fried food, this is the place for you.
Read moreOrdering is very easy, through qr, staff mostly speak English. It is located on 3F of Q square mall, connected to the main station, but don't let the location fool you - there are some really high quality and interesting dishes here. Price here is quite high in Taiwan standards, but the dishes are really generous and filling.
The edamame risotto and the pumpkin stew are absolutely incredible, my favorites.
Pros: Great flavors, Well balanced
Cons: Somewhat slow service, Not the cheapest

Glad I went here. Recommended.
The only caveat is that it is more costly than many of the Tawaiin Vegetarian places nearby yet good for variety

I was super excited when we found this place and I was not disappointed.
Read moreThe food was delicious and while more expensive than small family-run businesses, it was worth it for something a little different and a bit more Western.
Not many staff spoke English and it was hard to order with the QR Code without WiFi, however, we did get some assistance from staff and they were helpful.
I had the burger and my partner the pasta. Some of the pasta dishes looked massive.
The restaurant is tucked in on a corner of a department store floor.

Decided to have a lil western meal after spending 3 weeks in Taiwan. Taipei is perfect for this! Vegan Anore is more pricey than other places I usually visit but it was totally worth it. Me n my partner got a burger each and loved it! The wedges are also good. Everything is vegan and looks incredible. They do change an extra 10% for service.

Tasty Options - Edit
We tried this place because we were looking for somewhere close to our location where we could sit down, not just get takeaway. The menu is not really local, it's generally western food with a bit of fusion.
Read moreMy partner had the Sichuan spicy spaghetti with peanuts and vegan pork. He was very happy with the spice levels and thought it had a good tingle from the Sichuan pepper. The pork was nice and added some good texture. He also tried a mango sparkling drink, which was exactly as he'd hoped.
I had the tagliatelle carbonara with vegan bacon. I was served spaghetti rather than tagliatelle, which is a shame, but the dish was really nice. The sauce was creamy and generous, though maybe a little under seasoned. Fortunately the bacon provided a nice salty hit. I got the mixed berries sparkling drink, which was not quite what I expected - predominantly yellow rather than red, and extremely sweet.
We ordered at the table and paid at the cash desk at the end. The menu is in English and staff spoke good English too. It was a spacious place to eat - it was a hot day and we didn't want to be jammed in closely with other people.
