Vegetarian café in Vilnius - Edit
Nice, cosy vegetarian café with plenty of healthy vegan options. The food is alright for the price keeping in mind that it is also green and healthy.

If you're veggie in Vilnius you won't get it wrong coming for lunch here.

Delicious food - Edit
Every single thing we ordered was super delicious. If I was picky, I could complain that everythıng we ordered came at the exact same time, but who has time for that when it's really super delicious 👌

Food wasn't great, overpriced - Edit
Was very excited about trying this cafe but they have only few vegan options. Food don't taste that great, and the prices are high as well. It is a beautiful cafe, but very hyped.

Good - Edit
A little expensive - I think you pay more for the atmosphere and presentation of the food than the actual food. I had cauliflower and pumpkin soup which was yummy and vegan meatballs which were okay but not great

Delicious and not expensive :) - Edit
Lots of vegan options in decent price. Good localization, very kind service and also I didn't wait long time to get my delicious plate. Restaurant has a lot of space and it's a cosy place. Unfortunately- lack of garden or tables outside and it's impossible to buy alcohol.

Little bit underwhelmed - Edit
I love and appreciate all vegan options… but it sort of felt a bit pub food. Considering it’s such a gorgeous spot I was a bit disappointed with the food overall. There’s better options in the city in my opinion!

Best soup place in Vilnius - Edit
It's a vegetarian place. I think every plate can be adapted to be vegan.
Read moreIt's centric, not too expensive and it changes every week. There's always dishes of the day that are more cheap. In the daily menu there's always a soup. We go almost every Monday and we call the soups "soups of the world" because you can have Russian soup, French soup, Ukrainian soup...
Best soup place in Vilnius. Really. Try it. (Soup of the day is only 2.9!)
Pros: Everything is vegetarian., Changes every week., Best soup place in Vilnius.

Not recomended - Edit
The staff was very unpleasant. There are half vegan options, but not much of interest. Mostly juices. Overpriced. I ordered dumplings in broth. The broth tasted like salted water.

Unique, Healthy, Tasty - Edit
Excellent array of choice. This is my 4th time eating here this week. Must try the Avocado Tar-Tar. Also good are the celeriac fries and the green pee dumplings in soup broth. Great service with outdoor seating on a quiet street close to the Cathedral.

A bit expensive, but very tasty! - Edit
You can get both Asian cuisine or something more traditionally Lithuanian, mostly vegetarian but some vegan options as well. Quite expensive, but nice atmosphere. Plus points for music choice too - Queen and Bowie were playing the whole time we were there 😄

A unique eating experience - Edit
A wide variety of options to please everyone. Momos were out so went with trio of aubergine, potatoes and tofu. Sauce on it is amazing. Get with rice since " flatbread" was actually bland mini untoasted tortilla. Ginger tea highly recommended. Made with real ginger. Banana cherry pie is yummy. And their vegan oatmeal cookies are worth it alone for the visit!!!

Nothing special - Edit
Nice restaurant, English menu available. Staff spoke English quite well. Food was okay, but nothing out of the ordinary. Tap water was free and tasted really good. The price was fair. Wouldn't return, but we were happy to find a vegetarian place that was open on December 31st.

Enjoyable lunch - Edit
Enjoyed a March 2019 lunch of a few diverse plates (including what I recall as empanadas) ending with some mini donuts. We were happy to snag one of the seating areas with cushions & low tables. Appreciated the Ayurvedic approach.

Good and healthy veg(etari)an food but small portions - Edit
I had lunch in this pleasant restaurant offering vegan options clearly indicated. The staff is friendly and helpful. Several vegetarian options can be made vegan upon request. I tried the vegetable bhajis served with rice and two different sauces. I also had the vegan version of the spicy bell pepper soup. Both dishes were good and nicely prepared and presented. Ingredients were really fresh. The soup was very tasty and the bhajis were good but portions were a bit small for the price. I also had a chai that was excellent. On the whole, the place worth a visit if you are not too much hungry and need healthy and fresh food.

Good portions, many options. - Edit
Came here for lunch. It's a good place to eat if you're hungry, because the portions are quite big. There's many vegan options, but they are not super special or anything. For example, the vegan "meat"balls were good, but accompanied only by lots of rice and sauce.
Read moreI'm not sure if I'd come here again, there's better options in Vilnius. Prices ok.

I’m disappointed - Edit
I really wanted to give Vegafe another chance but it just didn’t work out. To summarize the dishes it’s something my granny would make if she remembered I don’t eat animal products. Most dishes are really basic and could be improved by slightly tweaking the recipe or simply by adding some generic herbs and spices.
Read moreThe first time here was rather unpleasant, we’ve tried the two vegan dumpling dishes, one came with the cold stew and other dish was way too oily.
There are a few more dishes I’d like to comment on. Starting with a vegan avocado tartare: An avocado, some dijon mustard and spices, who could ruin this super easy recipe? Well, according to Vegafe an avocado tartare is 50% cucumber, 30% rice and 20% celery. Yep you heard it right, and this masterpiece cost me around 7eu. The other dishes such as veggie “meat balls” and seitan steak were bland and decent but definitely not worth the price.
Overall, if you don’t care much about the flavor and the prices, aand you just want to grab a quick vegan dinner it’s an OK place to eat. Just keep in mind that all of those dishes could be easily cooked at home and made much better.
On the positive note... I’d come back for the vegan cake though!
Pros: Lots of vegan options
Cons: Poorly made, Not very delicious , Pricey
