Definitely one of the best falafel I've had in years! Everything is homemade, from the falafel to the various salads and sauces (the spicy green pepper sauce is particularly addictive! and unlimited top-ups too!). They also sell chips and more traditional Dutch vegetarian deepfried snacks, but the falafel is the option to go for. A modest little establishment right in the centre of town to revisit time and again.

Finally! Hilversum has an all-veg 'snackbar' (as the Dutch call their little cafeteria's that generally sell deepfried snacks).
Homemade fresh falafel including unlimited helpings from the salad bar and dressings, french fries, and Dutch snacks such as 'groentekroket and kaassoufflé' (a deepfried snack with vegetable ragout filling coated in breadcrumbs and a deepfried snack with a melted cheese filling coated in breadcrumbs, respectively), among others.
To me, as a lifetime vegetarian, having an all-veg place so close to home is great! Knowing your veggie snack has not just been prepared by the same hands that just prepared a non-veg snack makes the food all the more enjoyable.
Right in the centre of Hilversum, so a perfect stop while you shop. AND open late on weekends for a yummy midnight snack when you're out on the town!
