Fresh!

Super great staff and good prices (SO much cheaper than by the pound salad bars). I did a build your own salad with ALL the veggies and tofu. I now feel healthy and satisfied

Healthy Vegan Options

This restaurant is just what Eugene needed. Sometimes you just want a big salad. This place is great because they have so many vegetables to choose from. They also have a baked tofu, quinoa and rice to make a heartier salad or bowl. Also they have tons of vegan dressings. I’m so sick of the vegan dressing option being a sugary balsamic vinaigrette and here they give you tons of options.

Pros: Vegetables, Tons of salad dressing choices

Cons: Expensive , Short hours

Vegetables

I say "vegetables" because this isn't a fake meat place like...others in Eugene. They do have real meat on the menu, but you can either choose a pre-formulated option (I had a Big Warm Vegan Bowl) or build it yourself. The BWV Bowl was about what I would have built: spinach, grains, brussels sprouts, chickpeas, sweet potatoes, black beans and a vegan dressing. It was d*mn good. The people were nice. Inside and sidewalk seating. If I'm back in the neighborhood, I'll be back here.

Pros: Vegetables

Cons: Hmmm. Not, like, super cheap. But reasonable.
