Vegan Fast Food - Edit
This food truck is so unassuming, but it always has the longest lineups. Today. I finally stood in it long enough to find out why; they serve really, really delicious vegan takes on American style fast food. It's definitely fun if you don't get the opportunity to have this kind of cusine very often!
Read moreMy friend and I ordered the chick'n sandwich, hot mango wings and strawberry milkshake. Everything we ordered was gluten free, super yummy and the perfect portion. The hot mango wing sauce was the perfect level of heat, and if I am totally honest, they were kind of fun to eat off of pretend wooden bones.
The food came out fast and hot. I was impressed at the speed that they were processing the orders.
I can't wait to happen upon this food truck again. There are so many other things I'd like to sample.
Pros: Gluten-free options clearly marked , To-die-for vegan shakes, Gluten-free chick'n (Not normally easy to find)
Cons: Long line, but goes by really fast

Nothing tops Veg Out - Edit
Veg Out is hands down the best vegan “fast food” I’ve had. My bf and I follow them around everywhere - I have lost track of how many times I have eaten here and have never once been disappointed. Their chicken burgers and poutine are to die for and something that makes them stand out to me is the variety of delicious sauces they have. They also have the best vegan wings I’ve ever tried and a variety of speciality milkshakes (Biscoff cookie is elite).
Read moreThey consistently have speciality items and do collabs with other plant-based business such as bonus bakery! Some of my favourite speciality items are the pierogi burger and poutine, the thanksliving burger, the breakfast sandwich and the chili cheese fries.
I have taken a handful of non-vegan friends here and everyone has loved it. To top it all off there is always wonderful service. 100000% recommend.
Pros: Lots of variety!, Delicious comfort food, Wonderful humans running this business
Cons: only open on weekends

Best vegan spot ever - Edit
Veg-out is hands down my favourite vegan spot ever. Beware, once you try their food you will be hooked. I’ve been following them all over the lower mainland for years now and don’t plan on stopping anytime soon. You can’t go wrong here. From the classic chicken burgers to the veganator, wings, shakes, and of course the weekly feature items. I’ve tried 90% of their special features and they have never failed to impress. Do yourself a favour and get yourself over to vegout as soon as you possibly can and thank me later. My favourites have to be the veganator, thanks-living burger, breakfast sandwich, wings, and of course the special shakes!

Wow! Above all expectations - Edit
Caught the truck at Tinhouse brewing, it’s in the back of a business park in PoCo. I’ve been following this truck for a bit and was super excited to try it!
Read moreI got the special, mango habanero chicken sandwich, the sweet and spicy Thai wings, and a Kitkat shake. All were phenomenal! My fav were the wings which had the best texture.
The food truck team said they sold out at the vegan festival in Chilliwack yesterday and it was an hour lines wait!
Seems like this truck is getting super popular which it completely deserved. Can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu!
Pros: Pro vegan junk food, Wings are 💯

They're specials are always worth tracking them down for. It's always such a treat when I visit, a huge sandwich and a shake, the best.

I try to get out to this truck whenever I can - its that good. Amazing chicken burgs, their breakfast sandwich is tops, and the sides are excellent. Polish it off with a vegan milkshake and roll me home!

THIS is the vegan food truck experience. - Edit
What more could you ask for from a vegan food truck experience? Every item we have tried was AMAZING and my vegan 8 year old was in love with the shakes. Just beware that some of the burgers are HUGE and those with smaller bites will be at a loss how to eat it lol!

Best shakes! - Edit
We were finally close enough to try this food truck when they were in Port Moody. We ordered the Crispy Chick'n and Veganator burgers, plain fries, original poutine and chocolate and biscoff shakes.
Read moreEverything tasted great but the highlights were the crispy chick’n (in both burgers) and the shakes made with ice cream and whip.
Service was quick and friendly and this location in Port Moody allows you to enjoy food with a beer at a nearby brewery or picnic in Rocky Point Park across the road.
Pros: All Vegan, The Shakes
Cons: Different hours/locations

Fantastic but a little elusive! - Edit
Tried their amazing poutine, the breakfast sandwich that was the special, the chicken sandwich and wings (went hard because the trucks hard to find!) and a Oreo milkshake everything was awesome! Only issue is their schedule so definitely follow on insta!

Yummy - Edit
My roommate grabbed me a milkshake and put it in the freezer for me to eat a few hours later. Obviously not the ideal way to eat a milkshake, but it was very good still! I can't wait to try their "chicken". But, they've only been open and in my area like once all year. Come back! I want to try more!

So worth the wait - Edit
First time coming to veg out on its third day open. Cute yellow food truck that was amongst a bunch of meat ones. We had the longest line out of everyone there! Even though the line up was long, it was sooo worth the wait. We ordered chick’n bacon ranch burgers, a chick’n poutine to share and milkshakes. The chick’n patty is easily my favourite fried vegan chick’n. So juicy and flavourful. The shake was too, that’s exactly how you do a good milkshake with ice cream! This is my new obsession I think. Next time, I’m going to try the veganator.

Cons: A bit pricey, Wish it was open more often!
