CLOSED: Veg Out

Whenever possible I visit the "Veg out" for lunch. It is a small place with only a few tabels (in the summer there are some more stand tables outside in front of the restaurant). The meals are changing on weekly basis with some permanent meals. The staff is very friendly and the "chief cook" always tries to accommodate to your special requests. They also servce some vegan meals. Highly recommended place.

It's a really small but nice place. Good for a snack in between with just a few seats and bar tables. The menu is changeing every week. I think they alsways offer some vegan options.

There is mainly pasta on the menu. But the one i had - bologna style- was great. prices are ok, and its always crowded. the weekly changing menu contained some non-pasta stuff. like some schnitzel made out of tofu which looked fantastic!

Great veggie food at a great price. Different menus each week. Very crowded, but always worth the trip!

A good place to eat when you're in the Altona region of Hamburg and are looking for some lunch. It's too bad that there are very few seats in this place. I was one of the lucky ones. The pasta with tofu that I had was lovely and the staff were friendly.
