On Wed located at the Bottiere market, place du Commandant Cousteau, Nantes. On Sat located on the Saint-Joseph-de-Porterie, place des Tonneliers, Nantes. Open Tue 11:00am-2:30pm, Wed 4:00pm-7:30pm, Thu-Fri 11:00am-2:30pm, Sat 9:00am-1:00pm. Closed Sun-Mon.

A very good vegan food truck - Edit
This new vegan food truck in Nantes offers a vegan burger, a dish of the day, vegan pizzas and desserts. There are also gluten free options. The burger is really good as well as the dish of the day I had (a couscous). The owner is really friendly and makes good food with fresh and organic products. Moreover, prices are really fair (less than 20 euros for a burger, a dish of the day and two desserts). I recommend this truck! Unfortunately, you will need a car to reach its various locations easily.

Cons: not central location
