Ghost kitchen in a non vegan restaurant

A friend ordered from here and received real chicken in their order. Veg Bkk is a ghost kitchen that operates out of Maya Bay Thai snack Bar ( serves meat). After doing a deep dive in the Toronto vegans FB group, we saw other ppl had this experience. The restaurant said they had new kitchen staff who didn't messed up the soy chicken with real chicken. 😳 Not a good mess up. I really don't feel comfortable ordering from here.
