Serves juices, breakfast, lunch, dinner and brunch, many of which are vegan and others that could possibly be made vegan upon request. Please note that reservations are required for dinner. Open Mon-Fri 09:00-20:00, Sun 11:00-20:00. Closed Sat.

Good start to the day - Edit
This is how breakfast is fun: with a Galao with vegan milk or the smoothie juice of the day. Plus a delicious sandwich with tofu or avocado. The place is an absolute recommendation, even if it doesn't have any outdoor spaces.

Cozy spot with the friendliest staff - Edit
A great spot for a late lunch! I tried a couple of the daily specials: tomato soup and the vegan twist on the traditional Portuguese octopus rice. The soup was absolutely delicious, and the rice was a creative and tasty reimagining of a childhood favorite. If I could suggest one addition, it would be a touch of seaweed to enhance the "sea" flavor.

Family environment, cozy and delicious food. The menu changes everyday. I had a wonderful mushroom burguer with salad and sweet potato chips. Ended with a coconut and strawberry tart.

We were here on a Sunday and then you can only have a brunch (18 euro), which was okay for us. I asked the lady what was vegan and she showed me the dishes that were not vegan, it turned out that most of the brunch food was vegan :-)
Read moreThe brunch had several warm and cold dishes, fruit, desserts, croissants and other breads, spreads, amazing greenish small pancakes, ... All was nice, just the 2 patty pieces we liked less, but there was so much variety that this didn't matter.
The lady asked if I wanted tofu scramble and vegan cheese, and she made these especially for us. I appreciate a lot that she gave a replacement being vegen, although that wouldn't have been necessary since there was still so much choice for vegans.
It's a nice place, with lots of plants and cosyness. It was very busy on this Sunday, but luckily we had a table a bit apart at the entrance.
Very friendly and welcoming.

Walked in and was immediately met by the most friendly creative lovely Portuguese lady that is Sandra.
Read moreShe used to be set/costume designer in the movies/theatre and she has used these skills to great effect here in her flagship restaurant.
She can veganise any vegetarian dish and the menu is incredible. Don’t hesitate to swing by here you won’t be disappointed.
As well as the main menu there are to die for daily specials on the chalk board……

Veg & Tal is one of the most amazing places for vegetarians and vegans. Vegetarian dishes can be made vegan in most cases. Also nice Desserts vegetarian and vegan. Dishes are made fresh, so bring a bit more time and enjoy the lovely atmosphere. The brunch on sunday is out of this world! To top it off, the whole crew has so much heart, it is just wonderful to experience.

Menu is 90-95% vegan, delicious dishes of the day. We had quiche and tofu kebab, both was with a fresh salad and lots of veggies. Juices were also really good and the waitresses were lovely. Definitely recommended!

Lovely place with 90% vegan meals. Everythig was tasty, 100% homemade with suprising attention to details. Even the small cookie that accompanied our coffees was vegan & home-made. Both me and my boyfriend tried different meals from the daily menu. The soup, huge slicr of quiche and generous salad and beetroot pesto spagetti were just delicious. As for the dessert, choosing from 7 differrent vegan sweets was not easy but I was not dissapointed. Would strongly recommend to everyone passing by Sagres.
