This food truck was at a local apple orchard for a weekend cider festival. I was so happy to see it was one of two food truck options, encouraging many to try vegan. The owners son was so kind and friendly. Great variety of food options and drinks. Delicious, filling, food!

sooooooo amazing to have a vegan spot in waterford. i’ve been here twice (once for dinner and once for brunch) and loved it both times. all the non vegan people that i had try it also liked it 😋 i love that the double smash burger patties are house made with beans/veggies as i’ve gotten pretty tired of fake meat in everything. the jalapeño corn cakes are insane. the only thing i didn’t love are the chickpea fries, not bad just interesting! will definitely keep supporting and everyone else should to so we can keep this place in business please i need it 🙏🙏🙏

Vedged out is a cool little spot. Perfect for lunch or grabbing comfort food for yourself and friends. They have lots of options. The owner seems nice and very knowledgeable.
