Shrimp leg in pasta arrabbiata - Edit
The title says it all (and the pictures too). We ordered to-go, so we didn’t want to bother going back to complain.
Read moreI’ve never eaten seafood, so I had no idea what it was, but my bf said it was a leg and probably a mistake, since legs are usually removed and not served in the dish. So it must have been an accident, but unfortunately a very unpleasant one.

Pushy staff, small selection - Edit
We could only choose between spaghetti pomodoro and arrabiata, they also serve a mixed salad like nearly everywhere. We ordered both dishes and they were good but not amazing.
Read moreOne of the staff members (i guess the boss) was ultra pushy and made some very inappropriate jokes and comments on veganism.

I had the spaghetti arrabbiata, which was tasty with a kick of spice. I also ordered the grilled veggies. Simple dinner in a place with limited vegan options. Service was friendly and quick.

I had the pasta arriabata which was good! Nice to have a bit more spicy dish than standard tomato sauce. Had vegan option for pizza aswell. Waitress seemed knowing about vegan food.

Standard Italian vegan dishes - Edit
We got the Greek salad with no cheese, spicy spaghetti, and marinara pizza with grilled vegetables. It was all simple and standard, no complaints! A good place in an area with limited vegan dishes.

We had planned to get pizza at another place which was closed so decided to eat here. Allergens are well labelled, making the choices easy to make. There is a small (very small) vegan menu too.

Delicious food in casual setting - Edit
We liked the vibe of this place, had a relaxed cantina kind of feel, and was busy and buzzing. The menu had clearly marked allergens, so it was very easy to tell what was vegan. I had a simple spaghetti arrabiata, and it was lovely. They had a vegan special, a couple of cheese free vegan pizza (they were freshly made, so I'm sure you could have any of the pizzas and omit non-vegan toppings!), and vegan pasta options. Riomaggiore isn't a particularly vegan friendly place, so this was a very good find!
