It's primarily a fish restaurant but does have a 3-course vegan menu which includes a salad (contains mopur slices and tofu), or you could order the salad as an appetizer separately. 2 person minimum for the vegan menu is required.

Lovely gourmet vegan option in Verona - Edit
This place is tucked away on a side street by the river. They are mainly a fish place but they have a 3 course vegan menu (on the website look under the tab "Gourmet").
It's right on the river and they have indoor and outdoor seating. Go early if you want to grab a table overlooking the river because they do get busy. It's a little pricey but the food and presentation are fancy and the atmosphere is lovely. Great place for a date! The wine selection is good and the wine prices are decent/standard to the area.
