I would have it a third, fourth night if I lived in the area. Some of the best food ever and excellent, friendly, fast service. Next time I’m in Charlotte I will be back. I need more of those collard greens!

I went to another soul food place in Charlotte that had great reviews and was disappointed last night. This food truck made up for it. I had crab cakes and Mac. The guy who waited on me recommended the greens which were amazing.

I’m physically still hurting from how much food I ate from Ve-Go tonight at Pilot Brewing and I LOVE IT. I got the Ve-Go big blowout platter with tacos, flautas, SUPER loaded nachos, and rice and beans for Taco Tuesday. Everything was so delicious and I wish they were around the corner from my apartment every day. DO NOT MISS THIS FOOD TRUCK!!!

The absolute best vegan tacos I’ve ever had on taco Tuesday. Amazing empanadas too! Their brunch is the best vegan brunch in Charlotte! Get the oyster mushroom fried chick’n. Charlotte is so lucky to have this food truck! The people are sooo friendly and welcoming, too!

Taco Tuesday Heaven - Edit
Words cannot express how Ve-go has blessed my Taco Tuesdays. I ordered the Empanada platter and a variety of tacos. Every.Single.Taco was BUSTING! New age slang for delicious. The empanada was crispy with a well seasoned filing. Needless to say, I'll be tracking this food truck down every Tuesday!

I have visited twice. The taste, quality, and seasoning are great. I like the vegan shrimp dishes. The apple pie makes me want to order an entire pie. The only competition is Peace of Soul Kitchen in Columbia.

We just had the best vegan BBQ ribs and fried chicken we’ve ever had. It was spectacular! These folks have also made us some really amazing tacos. Find them and give them a try!!
