Good choices but ask questions - Edit
Had dinner here last night. Arrived around 7pm - lots of tables right on the beach (lovely!). Husband eats mostly vegetarian, I am full-on vegan. Service people not 100% versed on the vegan options but after some clarifying questions (I have to ask the chef) we shared: one plate of (4) dolmades (vine leaves stuffed with rice; lemon drizzle), tofu tacos (2), quinoa salad. The initial (free?) offering of pita (came with tsadziki and olives) was confirmed no eggs/no milk. Husband ate the tzatziki. Tacos were served with little bowls of guacamole and sour cream (husband ate sour cream), I assumed the guac was vegan, plain white rice also came with the tacos. Also shared: 500ml of beer, glass of red wine, bottle of sparkling water; total E67 (no tip). We would have also ordered an after dinner drink but after they served us, no server came back. We eventually had to go inside to pay the bill.

Really delicious vegan options - Edit
We ordered a mezze of various starters, and had a salad main made into a small portion. We had tomato balls, mushrooms, bruschetta and vineleaves. Delicious!

Options upon request - Edit
We didn't actually eat here just popped in for a pre-flight beer, but as you can see from the pictures they offer a lot of their menu to be vegan upon request. What they do to make things vegan we're not sure but the staff were super friendly and I imagine very accommodating.

Very tasty food - Edit
The stuffed vegetables are vegan and there is also a pasta that’s vegan if you’ll leave the feta out. Waiter was very friendly and helpful. Food was really good!

Not bad - Edit
We had the bread with olive oil as a starter and we ordered the pepper stuffed with rice which was tasty and was the only vegan option they had. We also ordered the pasta which the staff was helpful and removed the feta cheese. Nice view, right in front of the beach.

Lovely traditional Greek food - Edit
This restaurant was recommended to us by a local who dines here with his family. They serve absolutely lovely, homemade, honest-to-god Greek food that vegans often miss out on.
Read moreWe had fava with caramelised onion and cappers for appetiser; stuffed tomatoes and peppers; souvlaki, which are vegetable skewers with peppers, courgettes, onions, mushrooms and aubergines, all nicely chargrilled; and penne with tomato sauce.
The food is fresh and full of flavours, nicely seasoned and served right on the beachfront. The staff are incredibly lovely, they came chat to us when the restaurant wasn’t that busy, and they are very happy to accommodate vegans.
Vassilikos is easily the best vegan feed we had on the Kamari Beach. Thoroughly recommended.
Pros: Tasty authentic Greek food, Beautiful outdoor seating, Lovely staff
Cons: Would do with more vegan options
