It is great to have a vegan option at pattisserie! - Edit
It is rare to find vegan options in Bozcaada in terms of dessert and pastry. I visit Bozcaada regularly and after I became vegan, I was feeling like my options got very limited. Finally, there are more variety! Vasil offers both vegan and gluten free options, which I find it pretty amazing!
