Good vegan food in a small town

Stopped here with the bus going north.
After some initial confusion about fish sauce in the food i was served a delicious rice noodles and tofu stir fry.

Pros: Good sized portions, Fast service

Big portions, few options

Staff was friendly and appeared to only speak Swedish though they did seem to understand English. We made do certainly.
The menu only available in Swedish.
Vegan/vegetarian options marked with a heart.
They don't have a lot, and the variety amongst them seemed to be little.
I had the lemongrass marinated tofu dish, which tasted well and had a big portion. I especially liked the tofu, though the vegetables and the rice were tasty too.
My friend had the curry dish which was also good and large, but really not that different.
